I get my standard poodle groomed here, Deanne is absolutely amazing and truly cares. He has never left the shop looking bad! He recently got his summer Miami cut but is usually in a modified continental! Couldn't recommend her highly enough!

My boyfriend and I made an appointment to get his dog shaved the day prior. The first come first served thing ahould be explained properly. We were told she would be done by noon but wasn’t done til 230! She was brought in and he asked for her to be totally shaved EXCEPT FOR HER FACE. Just a trim on her face. As a dog grooming facility you should KNOW BETTER than to cut off a dogs whiskers. They are their sensors and when cut they start to act differently and she has been ever since they were cut. Shame on you guys for not knowing that! It’s very important that you don’t shave a dogs whiskers ever. Other than those things, her body was shaved beautifully and nails trimmed very well. we won’t be going back again. Too bad.

At first site i was actually put a little off, but never judge a book by its cover. This lady was awesome and did an amazing job with our Yorkie. this was my first time leaving the dog at groomer so i had reservations anyway, but in the end the pup was beautiful. very happy with this cut/groom job.

It was my understanding (per phone conversation) that it was first come first served basis. I thought that would mean 1st to be be bathed, groomed and then sent home but after checking on my tiny dog in person after 4 hours my pup had only been bathed and other dogs were getting groomed. I asked to take my dog home and that I would pay for the bathing but the woman was very rude trying to explain her system. It was not professional at all. Maybe I misunderstood their first come first served policy but it seems like it should be pretty straightforward. I am only writing this because of the rudeness. If I'm trusting my dog with you... this isn't how you should behave. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience here... not looking to bash anyone just sharing my experience.

Deanne has groomed my precious pet Bishop for 6 years --it is a love love he loves her and she him we recently moved out of state and am searching for a groomer that even comes close to her--she is OUTSTANDING and I have NEVER at any point had ANY problems, her staff is well trained as well and do a good job she always groomed Bishop due to his age (now he is 13 years old).
YOU WILL NEVER REGRET going to her for your pets groom she is reasonable as well but most of all SHE LOVES her customers the 4 footed and two legged kind:):)

I went to the Canine Cottage for appointment at 8:40. I arrived at 8:35 and none was there. I waited until 9:00 and it still was not open, even though the sign states it should be open at 8:30. Another was waiting with her dog. We both left very frustrated and determined to find another dog grooming facility. This has happened before, but I decided customers were not a priority and therefore send my business elsewhere. Vickie

They really listen to how you want your dog to be groomed, because I have had some problems with that in the past at another location. My two dogs come out perfect everytime. She takes her time and I appreciate that!

Our first time getting Chloe our mini Golden doddle cleaned and cut with this groomer. Dee was very throgh with us and the outcome was awesome. Recommend her 100%. Thank you Dee and we will be back.
