Jake, the groomer, had very positive feedback for me when I picked up Jasper from his first ever professional grooming. Jasper was excited to see me, and was interacting nicely with the other dogs. Overall a good experience for both of us.

Great place for grooming your dog. The price is reasonable and the people working with the dogs are very experienced and know what they are doing. I've taken my Golden Retriever a number of times and he LOVES this place.

Once Vogue left and Cam started grooming my poodle my dog looked awful after her supposedly “haircuts”. I finally found a place that does a GREAT cut for poodles and that is Becca’s Country Pet Grooming They did a FANTASTIC job on my dog and were very pleasant and nice If you have a poodle DON’T take it to CA Grooming. I’m sorry I wasted all my money taking my dog there

We sent our rescue to Suds and Scissors in Carmel. Told it would be 3 hours and picked up our dog 40 minutes later…looking exactly the same 😳 Called California Grooming for 2nd cut. 30% less, perfectly groomed and happy dog. Look no further….California Grooming is our go to ❤️ Loves to dig for gophers.

Friendly and accommodating. Ran my pup over on my lunch break for a nail trim, they were ready to close for the day, but they went ahead and took care of her. They were as nice to me and patient with her as if I'd come in early morning instead of when they were ready to go home. There are many who in the same circumstance would do a rushed job with an attitude instead. Seems for full grooming you will want to make an appointment as a weekend appointment for a bath for my pup had to be scheduled 2 weeks out.

A few months back I took my senior dog to this groomer and while he was on the grooming table she left him to get another customer's dog and he fell off the table. I ran as fast as I could to the other side of the counter where he dangled from the grooming loop. I quickly picked him up and as I did the groomer returned. She was completely uncaring and didn't even apologize! My dog has no eyes and I can't believe someone would do that. The first time I took him to her he almost fell off because she had her back to him but turned around in time to catch him. This grooming shop is super busy and that morning I watched her leave many dogs on the table without someone to watch over them. I see five and four stars for this groomer's cuts but how about safety? Making sure that you NEVER LEAVE A DOG ON A GROOMING TABLE UNATTENDED! That's a golden rule! A salon that busy needs an extra person to stay in the front so no one's dog is ever left alone! I Another customer saw what happened that day and I know he's a regular but I'm sure he was shocked. Mistakes happen people aren't perfect but this groomer was so careless that I had to leave this review. And to think I paid and tipped for her almost killing my dog...and worst yet, she accepted it! She apologized through a text message two days later after I left two messages to her about how upset I was over letting my dog fall off the table and her reply seemed so insincere. If you take your pets here make sure to either stay or insist that your dog doesn't get left alone.

I give it a 5 star rating , the groomers are really friendly and they put a bow or a bandana as an accessory on your dog once you pick your pet up! Also the moment you come in, the groomers attend you and ask if you have an appointment or u need one. They always have a smile on their faces which I also noticed. I would never switch to a different groomers!! Highly recommend
