If I could give 6 or 10 stars I would!! Me and my family were astounded time and time again by Autumn’s knowledge and competence both in training dogs and helping their owners. After a few weeks of boarding and training we got back the same happy, playful, silly dog—he just listens now!! Worth absolutely every penny, and I’m sure we’ll be boarding our little guy with her again in the future.

I have a lot of appreciation and respect for Autumn. I've sent my dog to her for two separate train and board sessions, a 2 week session before she was a year old, and a 3 week session at a year and a half. Autumn takes her time and doesn't push dogs to move too fast, seems to be so obsessed with the psychology of a dog and puts a lot of effort into training owners to train their dogs properly. My dog is now e-collar trained, heels me like a show dog, and while her obedience and reliability isn't at 100% yet, I have the tools I need to keep the training up and continue to build a bond and trust with her. My pup is amazing, half cattle dog half husky, meaning she's full of energy, prey drive, toy drive, and can go to very high levels of stimulation. It's a huge relief to be able to take a hike with her and not worry about her chasing a lizard off a cliff, and have her off leash the entire time! If you're a serious owner that wants to build a great bond with your dog, learn how to build reliable obedience, while allowing your dog to blossom into their personality and always feel safe, Autumn is the trainer you should be working with!

I cannot say enough about Autumn’s magic. From the moment she picked up our dog Scarlet I knew we were all in good hands. Scarlet was not just another dog to Autumn, she was a unique character that had specific needs and lessons to learn. And she did!! With so much joy and excitement that now “training” is Scar’s favorite thing to do. I will trust Autumn time and time again with my girl for future boarding and training if need be. Autumn is incredible. My Irish Setter’s demeanor was a unique combination of free spirited, reactive, aloof, and distracted that made training him on my own super challenging. I didn’t know what motivated him, I didn’t understand how to handle such a large reactive dog, and I felt like I was never in control. He worked with Autumn for about 6 weeks and came back to me a version of himself I never knew existed. He is confident, always excited to work with me, respects boundaries, and can shift effortlessly between time to play and time to focus. Autumn gave me the tools to be a better handler and the language to really communicate with my dog. I can take him to restaurants and hotels, on hikes, around children, anywhere really, and feel confident in the knowledge that I’m in control. Training with Autumn was a life changing experience and I would recommend her to anyone. I am so grateful to her and I know my dog is too!

We have an energetic Australian Shepherd and we were completely lost before meeting Autumn. We tried several different trainers/methods and she knew how to best harness his spirit and turn him into an amazing companion who loves his obedience. Our relationship with our dog is so much better for the training, and we wish we would have found Autumn sooner. Our goals with our dog were loose leash heeling, off leash obedience with a perfect recall, and overall to build a better relationship with our dog and we got all of that and more. Autumn has experience and expertise in several different areas of training and can help with it all, whatever your goals are.

Autumn is by far one of the most talented trainers that I know. She has taught me a great majority of what I know as a trainer today, which I will always be grateful for. Autumn is not only is great at thinking outside the box when it comes down to problem solving, but always bring the best out of each dog she trains. She handles each dog with the utmost care and bonds with them like they are her own personal dogs. She challenges the dog in a fair manner in order to make them successful in everyday situations.

I will start by saying that Autumn (CCS's intrepid owner and head trainer) single-handedly saved our German Shepherd, Mina. She was a nightmare dog--reactive, nervous, and incredibly loud. Through structure, discipline, and most importantly, love, Autumn was able to show Mina (not to mention her parents!) a way forward into a much healthier relationship. We owe it all to Autumn!!
