I went in today 3/16/24 with my German Shepherd Dog (Toby). As a male GSD I wanted to get him a sanitary trim so he would not have a messy bottom belly when doing his business. I told them no haircut on the top. So to be clear that was a full groom no haircut and a sanitary trim on the bottom. I come back for my dog and he looked like this.(view pictures the 4 first pictures are what he looked like today and the last 2 are before) When I complained they resolved nothing and denied trimming his hair. I know my dog well enough to know when he gets a trim done he is not a long hair so its very obvious. Also putting a slip lead on the hind legs can definitely injure a dog! Connie and a male employee both argued about not cutting his hair and I'm a very reasonable person when it comes to mistakes but this is something that could have been avoided if they listened to me from the beginning I was clear on my instructions and Connie seemed in a very rushed mood. I am highly disappointed with this establishment and will not be returning again. Ive been going here for a year and a half now always leaving tips. I do not recommend coming here if you want a job well done on your pets they do not follow instructions and rush everything! Horrible service. If anyone has a good groomer to refer go ahead and let me know doesn't matter the price just needs to be in the OC area, thank you!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAT HERE! If I could give negative stars I would. They had my docile sweet girl for less than 2 hours and they absolutely traumatized her and ripped out so much of her fur there are now bald spots above her shoulders. When we picked her up she was still damp and shivering. She then started trying to hide in my arms and she didn’t let me pet her face which she normally loves. Once home she didn’t eat for 24 hours. She wasn’t acting like her normal self and even now almost a week later, she’s still timid. I don’t know what they did in the short amount time they had her, but I am beyond furious. They don’t know what they’re doing with cats and they should just turn them away, but seeing as they don’t, you should not think about bringing your cat here. Save your babies from whatever they do. Mind you, all I asked for was a bath and nothing more.

I took my dog to C U Pet Grooming today for a medical shampoo and nail clip, and have been very satisfied with the service every time. The owners are very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend C U Pet Grooming.

Absolute worst place to take your pets for any services. Do not take them here. I took my dog last minute and when I picked him up he was so sore from the pain they inflicted but failed to tell me about when I picked him up. I took him to the vet and they probably dropped him or hurt his hind quarters. $800 later they confirmed that he was somehow injured. Aside from the expensive rate of $50 for a simple bath they are not suited for the care of animals.
I tried to leave a Yelp review but they somehow have an alert on the page for over a month.

Brought in my sisters dog and was very pleased with the overall experience. Once I got there the staff was very friendly and asked how I wanted her cut o wasn’t sure as my sister was the one to normally take her but I explained kinda of what I wanted and the staff member explained the different options I could choose and was pleased with the end result my sisters dog came out looking beautiful will definitely be back.
