At BYOP, they are great, patient and attentive to details. They take their time to un knot all of my Marley’s hair. He is a schnauzer and they have been the only hair groomers that have been able to give him the cut (with a skirt) plus he loves it here. All the staff works diligently, are genuinely kind and are consistent with their results. They are absolutely the best on SI!
