Oohh the thing about a good review is it makes the place harder to schedule with bbbuuuttt this place for grooming definitely the best I’ve been too. I have a Siberian husky and a Siberian husky malamute mix, Renee did without question the most beautiful job on both of them that I have ever seen in the eight years of owning them. We will be going back forever lol. Renee and everyone there treated our dogs like their own and more than just a client. They took actually pride in making our dogs happy and clean and beautiful plus they are super reasonable price wise.

Would definitely recommend BULLY WORLD LLC for all your pet needs. I had my puppy's shots done here and will definitely be returning for supplies. Great staff, great inventory of toys, collars, leashes, etc, and the dogs on site are beautiful bullies of the highest tier! Thank you guys for all your help!

Customer service was great! Took my chihuahua in for a nail clipping appointment. Usually she hates when anyone goes near her paws, but the dog groomer Nae was very gentle & made sure my dog was comfortable during the whole appointment. Will be returning!!

We stopped in on a whim and were instantly greeted with such hospitality! I believe it was the owner, who was so unbelievably nice! My daughter had the worst week and so we stopped in for her to look at the snakes since it was her birthday and we wanted to start her day off right. After being told all of this by my guy he came over to her with an even bigger smile and brought out one of there snakes and let her love on it and talked to her so sweetly for the longest time! My other daughter panicked when the shops tortoise pushed the door open to walk outside rushing to get him and he just sweetly told her he lets it go outside for some sun and clovers and he makes sure to keep an eye on it but it needed to stretch its legs a bit. He showed off so many of the animals to my girls and treated them like they were family! When we offered to buy anything just so his time spent with us was worth it he insisted it wasn’t necessary but we did anyways of course. Shortly after we came in more people who were either friends or other workers (not sure which) arrived and were all just as nice and fun to be around treating us all like family! The balm we bought for our dog who has been having a small rash on her hip was amazing and she showed instant relief from the sore itchy spot with a moan of relief and a coveted Great Dane hug! Totally worth the $25 for the cream!!! And any amount of money is worth it for the service! We are not from this side of town and were only out here to visit but I have to say I would happily drive the 2 hour round trip to come back because it was just the best stop we made the whole day and it was the only stop we didn’t actually plan to make!!!

Driving up from Webster, we stopped at this store on a whim to let our daughters check out the reptiles. I spoke with the gentleman running the store and told him flat-out that we couldn't purchase a reptile today, but asked if we could check them out. He didn't so much as blink and not only gave us permission, but led the way and even let my daughter hold a snake. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and SUPER kind to my kids. He even helped me get some good advice for a flea problem my dogs at home are having due to neighbors not caring for their dogs or yard properly and sold me a salve for my female Great Dane where some of her fur is thinning thanks to the fleas. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking for an AMAZING experience looking for a pet. They had a bully pup there that was very well-kept and behaved. These are not the people that don't care or are just making a paycheck, these are the people that you rarely come across that LOVE their job and treat their customers and animals like family. I'd return in a half a heartbeat. Truly AMAZING people, and I literally cannot brag on them enough.
