Really clean and comfortable room with awesome movie channels. The owner was very courteous in showing us our room and turning on the amenities for us. There was a pungent soap smell in the room, so we left the door ajar. The owner mind his own business maintaining the grounds which assured us surveillance of the area. All in all, my favorite part of the hotel was the shower: nice and clean. I will visit again.

I liked this place. Easy check in. Parked right outside the room. Quiet. Felt like a new mattress. Firm. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The place is clean.

After driving 12 hours I needed a room for the night. The entire town of Yreka was booked by Calfire. I found a room at Budget Inn. At $112 a night it was hugely overpriced. The room was dirty,cobwebs in the bathroom, floors were gritty. The next morning while loading our van the Guests next door asked "Was your room clean" we gave each other a disgusted look

Stayed at this little roadside motel. It was cozy the place smelled not bad. Not good but it definitely carried the waft of regrets, arguments and depression. That said, the owner is fantastic and whatever he made for dinner smelled delicious and I did not ask him for food. But I definitely wanted to ask him for leftovers or for whatever it was. They were eating. Anyway, it's a good place if you're looking to sleep while traveling on through.

It's a budget motel, so don't expect a nice exterior or new furniture. Overall though, a diamond in the rough.

The price is much less than the nearby hotels, and there were zero hidden fees or surprises. $80 for a two bed room with a small kitchen.

The rooms are clean and spacious, although the decor is distinctly old. The innkeeper is a pleasant guy, even let us look at the rooms before checking in. The internet is okay at ~20 Mbps.

Tldr: Clean, good price, no nonsense, but no money spent on looks. They even have 2 ply.

Sketchy looking motel faraway from anything useful. Dark at night. Strange residents lurking til late night in the parking lot. Good but noisy AC, rooms from the 80s, looks original.
If bottom dollar is your only concern, then ok, but for value? Spend the extra 20 bucks and don't feel you have to block the door while you sleep.
