I went to drop off a UPS package and got bit by one of her dogs. Come to find out from staff at Urgent Care, this dog has bitten at least 4 other people. Put your dogs in the back of your business please!

I’ve tried twice now to work with these people and they were rude both times. Granted the first time she made up for it by taking a look at my pup, but this most recent time is unforgivable. My appointment was at 9am, I arrived about 8:35-8:40. She and her husband(?) were sitting outside the establishment in chairs. I was in my car because it was raining, and they were apparently waiting until 9am and no sooner (they didn’t wave or acknowledge me at all). My dog barked at a guy that startled him, and the husband started immaturely barking back in a rude manner. Suddenly, right around 9am, dogs start showing up and signing in on a clipboard she had in her lap. What? I got out and asked ‘do I need to sign in? I didn’t know’ … she looked at me like I was a heathen for even asking, and condescendingly told me she’d ‘be with me in a minute.’ I continued to wait in the truck, and she never once acknowledged me, just walked inside with that dog and owner. I then looked at the husband, put my hands up basically saying ‘ummmm hello!’ He didn’t even acknowledge me. Needless to say, I left. Horrible business. Apparently unless you’re a regular, you’re nothing. I will never go back, and I’ll make sure everyone who asks for groomer recommendations knows where NOT to go.

I will never be taking my dog back to bubbles and bows. I Scheduled a full groom including haircut, nail trimming, and ear cleaning for my Goldendoodle. Picked her up and they did not touch her nails or ears, her haircut was extremely uneven varying from bald patches to areas of uncut hair. I have taken her to the groomer for 7 years and never seen her so distraught and shaken from a service. I do not understand how this groomer has such positive reviews, I had to take her to another groomer in town to fix this groom.

The groomer responded to this review and accused me of needing to “rehome” my dog. Obviously she has me confused with another customer. I never bring my dog to the groomer matted, she is brushed regularly. I am very disappointed in this response and only furthers my terrible experience with this groomer.
