I loved my experience here my dog is difficult when it comes to trimming her nails but they were sweet and patient with her towards the end she didn't need her muzzle anymore. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

Took my kitty here for a bath, and when I picked her up they said she had broke a nail. When I looked at her, her nails were bloody and clipped. I didn’t want her nails clipped at all. My cat was shaken up from the whole thing. I wanted to like this place but after that I would not recommend anyone going there, I’m traumatized. If I knew my baby kitty was having issues, I would’ve came and picked her up immediately. I didn’t get any call or anything like that from anyone, they just told me at the end of her service which was almost 2 hours when they told me it was gonna be an hour that her nails broke because she was trying to climb out of the cage thing. Please beware..

Hands down the best! They’re communication is great, they will text me back right away to have an appointment booked. They are also very quick, I never stress about my dogs being there too long. Definitely recommend to all my friends and family every time they ask where I go.

Such a wonderful and welcoming experience. My pup Odie, from the moment he met Rose, he was fighting to get into her arms! This was his first grooming experience and Rose made sure to make him feel happy and calm. She even texted me to let me know that he needed a flea bath. Communication was 100% there and I'm so grateful and appreciative of that. He even came home with me with a really cute bow around his neck 🥹 I recommend them 💯. We're a permanent client for sure. Oh! And it was so convenient having VIP Pets Store right next door. Thank you Bubble Up! 🫧

10/10!! Upon pick up, I was in awe of my dog’s transformation. They were very understanding of my requests and were super friendly and very welcoming! Always leave satisfied when she comes here ! Michelle is always nice to talk to and very communicative about scheduling times and calling when the dog is ready for pickup . My baby always looks so pretty when she leaves .
