Very nice & helpful. I had never been there & was just buying kitten milk to try to save a couple little babies. One is thriving, unfortunately the other didn't make it

The doctor gave me his number when we moved to town and he learned that our little girl had cancer and we knew it would be a "when" not an "if" we needed to put her down as an act of kindness.

Later when we brought her in for her final visit he was so kind and seemed to hurt with us. Such a gentle guy in a painful moment.
We love the staff and are happy to bring our dogs to Bruechner.

Never got to take my dog here. She fractured her leg and their office was closed on Mondays. I wasn't willing to wait. Took my dog to a vet that was open today to have her treated. Hope they change it back to open on mondays. Thankfully her vet made a walk in acception to have her broken leg fixed.

Refused to treat my cat.

I brought my cat here as a last resort because her usual vet was booked solid. My cat hadn't eaten in three days and was vomiting blood so I was desperate.

From the moment we walked in, I warned them that my cat is skittish around strangers and might bite. The tech recklessly grabbed her, and predictably, she bit her. I apologized and even offered to handle her myself, but the vet outright refused to see my cat. He suggested giving her a calming medication, but then admitted he still wouldn’t handle her.

I’ve taken her to other vets with the same warning, and they managed just fine. If your cat doesn’t do well with strangers, avoid this place.

To top it off, the office is plastered with political nonsense, which is unprofessional and off-putting.
