Dr. Ringle is the best vet I've ever had. She works me in if I have an emergency, and eases my worried mind. I'm so lucky that she is taking care of my dogs, and her kennel is so much better than my previous one. She's added years to my old dogs' lives. Who could ask for more?

We boarded our cat here and did not have a good experience. Tons of surprise charges upon pickup that were not explained to us beforehand. We were told playtime was included, but then were charged almost double the daily rate for playtime when we picked our cat up. Nearly $100 in charges for treatments that were not mandatory and we did NOT consent to. What was supposed to be a $290 stay turned into more than $560 after all of their unethical hidden charges. There is zero transparency with this place. I would NOT recommend boarding your pet here.

Dr. Ringle is the best! My sphynx cat, Cali, was almost a year old when started having symptoms. She was severely anemic and diagnosed with feline leukemia. She was very sick and we were unsure she would make it. I was heartbroken. Dr. Ringle was very compassionate and informative on her treatment options. After a long battle, Dr. Ringle was able to stabilize Cali with the right medications. Now 6 years later, I’m extremely grateful we chose Broadway Veterinary Clinic. We eventually moved to a different area and switched to a closer clinic to minimize Cali’s stress while traveling but she’s still healthy and living a happy life!!

Everyone in the clinic is always so friendly and helpful. They have seen my dog a couple of times on short notice if she has been sick with no problems. She is always so sweet to both of my dogs and she always explains what she will be doing and how much it will cost before anything is done. They always call back a day or two later to make sure everything is going okay and that my dog is feeling better.
