Thank you Bridge street veterinary clinic, our fur baby Daisy was handled and cared for so carefully and gently. Today was a horrible reality but your staff helped us through every step and they were so understanding. They handled our fur baby so gently down to her very last breath. I'm so thankful for you all. I definitely would recommend this clinic for your fur baby!

This place is busy... because people trust them with their pets. So, any reviews you might see complaining about the wait should be taken with a grain of salt. I brought my bff, Rocky, in for his annual teeth cleaning. When I went to pick him up after being away from him all day- I could not wait to see him. I had lost a loved one a few days before his appointment, and my focus was on seeing and being with my pup over all else. I craved that little but of comfort that only my dog could bring.
Long story short- I ended up crying in the office as I was waiting for him.. After I explained my situation, the staff was so supportive. I even received a much needed hug. I love this place, and even though it is miles away from where I live- I will never change to another veterinary office. ❤️

I can't say enough good things about this place. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly and you can tell they all love their jobs and have passion about helping people and their pets. My 13 year old pup just had a few major surgeries done there this week. I am so thankful I went here. Not only was the entire staff absolutly amazing, the urgency to get me taken care of was appreciated and their prices were much lower than other vets. I would highly reccomend Bridge Street Vet to any and everyone. My pup is home safe and recovering well. Thank you so much!

I went in for a wellness exam with my ball Python, im a first-time owner and I met with the exotic veterinary specialist and was very impressed. She not only took the time to go over the care and wellness of my pet ball python Simba but she took time to give me some pointers on things I can improve and what I'm doing good. And even printed several flyers for me to study on care and habitat. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me knowing I had never had a pet snake before! Also took extra time to cover any questions I may have had and went over handling techniques with me to make interaction with Simba more enjoyable and easier. Im so glad I went there with the new information and advice. I learned a lot more and even learned some things I never knew. Thank u so much to her and her team. For being so patient and understanding of me being new to snakes.

I just called this place to talk about scheduling an appointment for my cat. She has a rash on the outside of her neck. The receptionist answered and said that I should go see the emergency vet immediately. Obviously trying to up sell me.
I started giving her my name and was being nice, but it was very hard to listen to her and be on the phone with her while she was sitting there stuffing her face with something crunchy and gross. I told her to be more professional, hung up. I’ll never be coming back here. It seems like the veterinarians are really good here from the reviews, but I won’t deal with such a horrible receptionist.

Switched over to this place couple of yrs ago. And don't plan on taking my pups anywhere else. Staff is good in every aspect. And they actually care and listen when it comes to us and our pets

I recently had to put my fur baby to sleep and let her cross that rainbow bridge. I had my girl for 13 years so this was a very difficult decision but at bridge street vet, they were very kind and helped us get through this. I got my Honey’s ashes back today and they did amazing! I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I switched over from turnberry vet and could not be happier. The prices here for prescription drugs and shots were lower. The initial visit costs were lower. I was in and out. Little to no waiting with an appointment.
