Brentwood Pet Resort

We have boarded our cat here a few times in the last year & it has been a good experience. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to emails & phone calls. Being able to call & get updates on how he is doing puts me at ease. Plus they are open on Sundays, which is convenient for pick up and drop off.

The staff was very friendly and made check-in and check-out easy. Great services provided for my dog including extra walks and extra playtime. My dog was extra happy and energetic after his stay at Brentwood Pet Resort.

Took care of my little ones while husband n I drove to Dallas n back. Incredibly kind. I was a crying mess when I dropped my girls off but was given some ease by the kindness of the staff. They replied to my emails w comforting replies every day. Upon our return home, we were excited to see if our pups did as well....n they smothered my husband n I with tons of happy kisses! Totally recommend Brentwood Pet Resort! Next time we need a "sitter for the kids", it's where they will be heading!

Lisa is Moki's new groomer and she met him when he was 4 months overdue for a groom. That made his coat full, thick and matted and she did such a wonderful job. Moki is a sweetheart and his only downfall is he "kisses" when he doesn't like something (getting his nails clipped.) It took her a afternoon to get him out from that hair, she was patient and kind with him. His last grooming appt at Banfield, he came home with a very uneven groom, his coat had patches that were noticeably rough clipped, he had skin areas that had dried blood and he was extremely anxious and shaking uncontrollably when we picked him up. It took me months to find a groomer, Brentwood Pet Resort has policies that took us a bit to fulfill with safety protocols for Moki. They were patient with guidelines and suggestions to make his 1st appt easy for him and Lisa and Katelyn kept lines of communication open right to the day of. Moki was hesitant the 1st 5 min. when he met Lisa but he finally went with her, he was "silly" when we got him and he was so happy and handsome. He slept till past his dinner, and he only does that after a bath at home. We could tell he was relaxed, thank you so much Lisa. ?

Boarding our dogs was a very bad experience. I would not recommend at all. We were told that we could call to check on our 2 dogs as much as we wanted. We were told we had until 7:00 to call, so we tried at 5:00pm and the phone rang, and rang and rang. Someone finally picked up and hung up without saying hello. Had to call our vet next door and ask them to please go check on our dogs for us. We also had a huge problem with using our credit card there. I definitely would recommend not doing it. Can't say much because it is an ongoing investigation. Our dogs both smelled like pee when we picked them up. We were only gone for 1 night. We came home a day early because of the way this facility was operating. Help others with

I picked up my friends dog only. I would consider bringing my own dog if I had one.

?BEWARE? *please read to bottom!*. Easily the most disgusting people in the world, we had our male dog there for a week he lost a ton of weight, but we still trusted them.. So I brought my female dog there and the guy (part owner) snatched the leash out of my hand and brought her DIRECTLY to another dogs the cage, and shook the leash (on my female dog) it was a Yorkshire type dog, she barked and he IMMEDIATELY said your “dog is aggressive!!” Well thanks for proving you can provoke a dog to bark!!! PATHETIC!!! **Edit; to follow up on your response Lisa. NICE TRY FREAK! YOU WERE STANDING RIGHT THERE IN THE “TUFF SHED LOOKING OFFICE”… YOU ARE BOTH SCUM OF THE EARTH!!

A top-notch facility with staff who are amazing. They care for your fur-baby as if they were their own and though they’re in business to make money (obviously), you’re never made to feel that way. Their primary consideration always seems to be for the wellness of your pet. Very impressive and comforting to know your baby is in such good care.
