Terrible customer service!! We were scheduled for an appointment at 10am (Saturday, Oct 26th) and told to be there 5 minutes earlier. We got there a little before 9:55am. What was the point of an appointment if there was no one to make the key? Being "short-staffed" is understandable but seeing a whole bunch of employees walking around everywhere means someone else could’ve covered for "Marty." Was no one made aware of the appointment? That's the most frustrating part.
They seemed clueless. Your excuses are a joke.
Terrible communication. We were waiting for 45 minutes. We kept being told "oh he's on his way"
"he just arrived" and then lastly "he's taking a lunch break in 10 minutes. Do you want to come back later?" Absolutely ridiculous!! Don't be sorry, be careful and DO BETTER!!

Best Ace I've shopped, hands down!

Sometimes the stocked supply differs online, so I called to ensure an item was in stock before I started my trip from Mesa, AZ to the Salton Sea. Angelic answered the phone, she was efficient and kind. She assured me the item was there. I purchased online and my order was ready in 3 minutes.

I showed up the next day, needed another item, and I was approached by 2 employees offering their assistance. Thank you! At checkout, Angelic was working and she remembered my phone call from the day before.

I appreciate the wonderful service and will definitely return when in Brawley again.

The employees here were absolutely amazing. I'm not one to usually accept help but they really put in the effort to be authentic in their approach. From walk in to checkout they really went above and beyond. Watching their teamwork was a delight.

Some lazy employees you got there... waited for my one sheet of wood for over 15 minutes while 2 employees stood around outside looking at us doing nothing, and one even loaded up a customers truck that got here after us...

Everyone is always helpful. There is a good selection of product, and they have even helped me order special order product when I needed it. I have lived in other places and I usually avoid general hardware stores, preferring supply houses. However, Imperial Stores have made me a loyal customer and I have been back over and over again.
