I took our dog for his second grooming this week and had a wonderful experience. Maddy is SO good with my dog and really a talented groomer. I’ve been bringing my pup to Bowhaus since she was little. The staff care SO MUCH for the dogs and take great care of them. I really appreciate the report cards, the responsiveness of the team, and especially the times they’ve been able to make accommodations. They really go above and beyond.
My only criticism is that a place called “Bowhaus” should really be significantly more goth and for that I have docked them 0.01 stars (but Google rounds up).

My dog has enjoyed Bowhaus day are for the last several years. We started in Erie and now moved to Gunbarrel as it was more convenient. I love the bright sunny room for Tiny Town when they are stuck inside. The staff is great, know and love my dog and the furry friends of my friends. I highly recommend!

We have taken our Henry there for years for grooming and boarding. Maddie does a great job grooming. We love the way he looks and Henry is happy to see her. Win Win Happy dog and Happy owners

My pup has so much fun at Bowhaus! The staff are wonderful, the dogs are adorable, and the fun events are really silly and special. My puggy has had some of the silliest photo shoots and treat mazes and it makes him and I both so happy! Love this place!

Bowhaus is the best in town! The daycare staff is extremely caring, getting to know each pup individually. The groomers are awesome, making even scared dogs have a positive experience. Maddy always makes our dog look so fresh. The training classes with Katie are super valuable, the opportunity for your pup to work on their skills in a familiar but distracting environment has been helpful for us!

They are amazing! Every single employee here is so kind and loving. They remember my dog every time and he can’t wait to get inside when he sees we are pulling up. 10/10 would def recommend to a friend.

Terrible grooming. My dog is a long-haired breed and they shaved him completely in the middle of winter. He’s an 85lb mountain dog and they put bows in his hair and painted his toenails. They have no idea how to groom to breed standards. 0 stars.
