Moved to SF a little over a year ago with my 2 chihuahua teacup mixes - by that description you already know I’m fussy and weird and love my babies - I’m SO GLAD I found Jyoti and Amy at BWMSF!!

The most helpful staff, chill store PACKED with everything ANNND drop in nail trim service - I’ve NEVER had to wait!!!

I even ran in to the store 12 minutes before closing and didn’t even beg! They were amazingly kind and unfussed at my nonsense.

I’ve recommended BWMSF to two other dog moms that moved here from back East also and they were both so thankful!

My dog, Dawson, loves Bow Wow Meow and often navigates me to the store. Their treats, toys, and supplies are all solid products. We especially like the grooming services as the staff are gentle and always make him look his best!

I came here for a nail trim a couple of months ago and my dog screamed so loud I almost bust into the grooming area. While she's never enjoyed having her nails done, it was never a problem. But after going to this location she has been impossible to trim. Our vet used to trim her with no problem and we are now on our third visit trying to sedate her and get it done. Whatever these guys did was traumatic for her and I wish I'd never taken her.
