I don't write many reviews, but these guys deserve all the business they can handle. My wife and I were looking for some dog food for our two dogs; both are having some issues.

Jay spent about 20 minutes talking to us about the issue, and effectively suggested adding some probiotics (via products they do not sell, just veggies, etc). to augment our dogs' diets.

It was just an incredible, you-dogs'-health-is-more-important-than anything, dynamic.

Yes, we bought some food from them, but the caring attitude was just next level.

(We also met the owner, briefly, who also seems terrific).

Popped in today as I was walking by with my dog & loved this little place! The staff is so friendly, and knowledgeable, and they have a wonderful selection of healthy options for my dog. I bought him some treats, and he is obsessed with them. Win, all around. I'll be back & would recommend this place to anyone looking for healthy options for their pet!

Well it was a nice greeting. I brought my puppy in for the 1st. The clerk was so nice and interested in my dog and she went to get the owner to meet me. Not sure if this is their thing or if my dog is that adorable (I think so)

The staff is always very attentive. They are knowledgeable about the products, and they are always very friendly. I appreciate that I can go in and resolve any questions easily and leave with food, toys, treats, or whatever I'm looking for and I'll know that it will be good for my pets.

It is not always easy to find spots that cares as much for your pet’s well being as you do. Cathy and her team are so kind to my senior dog who is a long time customer. As a younger pup he visited the shop on Sunny Dunes and now he is equally enamored of their store across Palm Canyon. My GSP, Hugo, used to pull me to this store in the mornings and would throw a temper tantrum if they weren’t open. He has entered his senior era (14) and he pulls us there daily for their treat “buffet” and for all the love he receives from the staff. He loves the attention he gets and at this point I am thrilled when he is aware of where he is and where the people show him affection and treat him like a king. I am so grateful that we have this spot as we navigate arguably the most challenging chapter of his life. Thank you for making my best buddy feel special every day. I will never forget your kindness ❤️

Omg, met the owner. Love her. I finally found a nutrition center for my ladies. She was so full of knowledge and ideas. I will be back to buy ladies food when they are out. Thank you for carrying the frozen RAW. So thankful I can get my ladies their food.

There is no business more caring, ethical or committed to customer service in the desert. They helped me transition my dogs through illness, provided insight into healthy food and treats for the loves of my life. They are, as I am, better off because of Bones and Scones.
