Mrs. Bobby is so friendly and you can tell she really loves animals. Her staff was friendly as well. I picked my dog back up in a timely manner, and I could tell my Bella felt so much better after getting groomed. I highly recommend her services. 10 out of 10!

Love this place. Veronica did a fabulous job of grooming my 2 standard Golden Doodles ! They were definitely over due for a grooming but she didn’t try to shame me, she is very understanding and friendly. Will not use any other groomer from now on. Ms. Bobby is also awesome.

I will never bring my baby back to this groomer! She butchered my baby and tried to say he had fleas so I went and asked the vet since they did a full check up and shots on him and they said he did not have fleas! His hair was uneven!! Place was filthy and she said he barked a lot while she was cutting him. Well if you are grooming the dog in a small room with 8 other dogs in cages while you’re grooming them and they are barking at him what do you expect?! Never again will I go here!

I dropped my Maltipoo puppy off at 9 and was told pick up was 6. When I arrived he was not ready and had to wait almost another hour. That's almost 10 hours my fur baby was in a cage without food and water. The worst part about this visit is my fur baby being infected with fleas! He's never had a flea problem until coming here!

They do a good job as far as service but every time I pick up my dog I notice how rough they are with the dogs. They also aren’t cleaning and sanitizing as they should, they put the dogs in the cages after another without wiping them down first, in result my dog came home with a flee, luckily we got it under control and noticed it. Mind you my dog has never ever had flees, I am very observant. It is also very important that they sanitize because there has been a virus going around with many dogs causing sickness and death. Will be finding another groomers for my dog to be going to.
