I can’t recommend Boarding and Beyond enough! From the moment we walked in, I felt completely at ease leaving my two dogs, a Pitbull and an Australian Kelpie, there. The staff is so friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about animals.

The facility is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room for dogs to play and relax. I loved getting updates and photos during their stay—it was such a comfort to see my dogs having a great time and being so well looked after.

When I picked them up, they were happy, relaxed, and maybe even a little sad to leave their new friends. Boarding and Beyond has truly gone above and beyond (pun intended!) to create a safe and loving environment. I’m so glad to have found them and will definitely be bringing my fur babies back!

This facility is excellent, they took great care of my dog Max. The staff are friendly and really good with the dogs, informative (updates on my dog every day) and patient. The day care is exemplary. I would highly recommend this facility. They go above and beyond for the dogs, they are true dog lovers and lavish love and lots of attention on the dogs, it is really refreshing to see so many young people who just love dogs. They make sure your dog is safe and well cared for. Cannot say enough about this facility, it's the best in my view.

We cherish our dogs like family and have always been hesitant to use a boarding facility. Common concerns like how well the staff cares for the dogs, cleanliness, and whether they’ll truly get the attention and exercise they need have made us wary in the past. Thankfully, our neighbor Mollie recommended Boarding and Beyond, and we couldn’t be happier!

The staff is absolutely incredible—attentive, caring, and clearly passionate about the dogs. They took the time to address all our questions and made us feel at ease from the very beginning. Every time we pick up our pups, they’re happy, well cared for, and absolutely worn out—like they’ve been playing and having fun all day long! It’s such a relief to know they’re in good hands and enjoying themselves while we’re away.

I've been using Boarding and Beyond for 14 years now three generations of dogs they always do an awesome job. You can bring them in early and you can leave them stay kind of late it really helps if you're working long hours takes the stress off you and when your dogs come home they're tuckered out and want a nap with you.

I’ve been using them for about a year now and love it here! I work day shift at the hospital nearby and they’re the only place that opens early enough and closes late enough..and more affordable than using a dog walker.

Also, the staff are all amazing and clearly love dogs. My dog gets so excited to see them and they all know her by name. She comes home happy, healthy, and sleepy. ♥️

*2/25/25 Update*
I took my lil guy back to the groomers. I met with the groomer personally, he is great and listened to my concerns. When I went to pick my dog up from the groomers, he looked great no complaints. I have rebuilt trust in boarding and beyond and will introduce my new pup to their day care services.

The Manager contacted me to express his genuine apologies regarding the situation. He has taken steps to address the issue. I will continue to provide updates

I have been a long-standing customer of B&B for over 10 years, but the grooming services have declined significantly. I will never take my dog back to this establishment.

My dog had a 9 am grooming appointment scheduled for November 23rd, with the expectation that he would be ready by 2 pm. When I called Boarding and Beyond at 2:30 pm, I waited 3-5 minutes while the staff member checked on the status. She then informed me that the groomer was booked, and I would need to reschedule, even though my dog had been there for 5.5 hours.

I was told they had just noticed this "mistake" in scheduling. As a loyal customer, I had returned to Boarding and Beyond when they claimed to have a new groomer, only to be let down by this poor service. It is clear now why they had not had a groomer for nearly a year. This was my first and last time using their grooming services.
