I got “Bella” from Blueblood British Gundogs in May of this year at 8 weeks old. She has the sweetest disposition that you could ever ask for in a hunting dog. Her nose is incredible and has been so accurate at 6 months old in the dove field. Although not fully trained at this young age, she is progressing nicely. Grant and Ashley have an incredible environment to raise these pups and their care and love for them are obvious. If you are looking for an excellent hunting companion I highly recommend Blueblood British gundogs.

Blueblood British Gundogs breed some incredible pups. My boy Perseus has been outstanding. Easy to train, smart as a whip. Can’t wait to get him in the field on real hunt. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Labrador Retriever for hunting or a family companion.

I have a 15 month old lab from Blueblood British Gundogs, and I have been very impressed with the care that the owner (Grant) puts into his dogs and his breeding program. He has talked me through any issues that have arisen and is very responsive. The lines the puppies are coming from are extremely impressive, and it's a small operation so he knows all of his dogs well and can speak to the behavior and temperament of each dog extensively. My dog was sold to Double TT as a breeding female and was then sold to me at 5 months because she didn't have "bird drive." She has tons of drive, it just turns out that Double TT didn't know how to train her to bring it out of her. I do not recommend Double TT at all, and for my next lab I will be going right to Blueblood.
