I have three Large dogs all short hair was very clear about what we wanted done baths, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, nothing special. They were bathed, but still wet when I picked them up after eight hours of them being there. their ears were not cleaned, and none of their nails had been trimmed. one of my dogs who had gotten into some green paint, still had green fur which I was able to get off when I got her home!
I know that bigger dogs can sometimes be a hassle however when I’m paying for a service I expect you to do everything that I have paid you for! We chose the blue poodle because it was fairly close to our house. However, next time we will be driving further, hopefully for better service somewhere else.

The staff is very nice. However, I have used them now several times. I was very clear what I wanted done with all three of my pets. Verbally explained and written down on paper. Nothing special; bathed, puppy cut, nails clipped, ear hair removed, toenails trimmed, anal glands, and clean potty patch. Other than bathed and trimmed that’s all that was done. I dropped them off around 0800 and didn’t get called until 4:30 for pick up each time. The dogs were happy but, the services were not completed any of the times.

I took my 2 Rottweilers for deshed today. I dropped them off at 7:30 & got a call at 3:55 to pick them up at 5. I paid, then when they brought them out; Titan had a ripped bandana, both were soak & wet, and Harley hadn't had her nails cut. Me & my car are completely covered in wet dog hair. Very disappointed in the service my dogs got. I don't think they will be going back there again.

The place seems like a health hazard for people and pets. My border collie looks and smells worse than when I brought him in. I would not recommend bringing your animals here.

Our daughter took her three dogs (one of which is a Standard poodle) to Blue Poodle Pet Salon and we were impressed with how good they all looked. When she told us what she had paid we were even more impressed.

We called to make appointments for our three dogs, and were very pleased to get them all in together in just a couple days.

We are very pleased with everything about Blue Poodle. The quality of their work, their professionalism, their location (across from the Hot Springs Airport) and their prices. With three dogs it can be very expensive to groom them as often as they should be. We are so excited to find a place where the prices are affordable and the service is great.

I had taken my two dogs to The Blue Poodle several times when they were located on Lakeshore drive. They still smelled whenever I picked them up! Not a good experience but, that was many years ago. They are in a different location now, on Airport road!. I took my client's dog on Friday and was very pleased with the results. They did take a little bit more hair around his mouth/nose on one side though. Very noticable!! He did smell good when I picked him up and his cut was very nice too except, around his mouth. All and all, I give the Blue Poodle a 4/5 thumbs up?
