Tried to walk in and everyone jumped at me and saying I can’t get my dog dog done or even get helped period even before knowing I have a champion profiled dog that I was going to bless them with. This is horrible service or customer service they basically tried judging me by a book how I look when my mom brings her dog here which she spoke so highly of and since I. Moved here and this was down the block I thought why not groom my dog which has medals and flags placing in tournaments get her taken care here and I can tag this place and. No they just showed me out like I wasn’t good enough I will never go here again and I will let me my mom know to not go here as well and go to my old shop which is in Aurora to go to that they don’t judge and they except everyone.

FYI don’t judge a person on how they look when they walk in the door tattoos or bagging clothing doesn’t make a person . You don’t. Know what they have to offer until you actually give them a chance to talk. Never will I give this place the time of day or the people working there. I do customer service and this was not how I would of treated anyone how I approached them on a new lead for potential work

My dog is very scared of being groomed. She spazzes out and most groomers only work with her one time and ask that I not bring her back. The groomer at Blooming tails let me stay with Coco and help calm her down. Very happy with them.

Blooming Tails was recommended to us by a friend so we gave it a shot and are completely blown away. My 3 dogs just look absolutely wonderful. Shannon has outdone any expectation I had. The shop is clean and secure. You have to ring a bell to be let in for the safety of your babies. Prices are comparable to other local places. Truly, give this place a shot! We will be making this groomer are go-to for our 3 babies!

It’s taking me years to find the perfect groomer for my senior dog and they nailed it. I called and I was able to get in same day. I was greeted and walked through their process and they made me and my dog feel so comfortable. When I picked him up he looked better than ever. The best cut he’s had in years. He was calm and happy when I picked him up. I’m glad to finally find a local groomer that my dog will be comfortable with. Thanks again ladies you guys nailed it!

First time visiting this groomer, (parking is on the side of the building) The groomer was able to squeeze us on short notice, everywhere else I called was booked. I honestly got very lucky here. The grooming salon is very well decorated and has a welcoming atmosphere, which was very inviting in. My Lhasapoodle was well behaved so I was told by the owner aka the groomer.
My Lhasapoodle hair was absolutely gorgeous! I and my husband were absolutely awww.and amazed at the outcome, so where my family and friends..
The groomer was a Doll herself, she absolutely has the patience,care an the expertise and the experience as a groomer and more because she is a Licensed Pomeranian dog breeder, which she is fully knowledgeable on how to care for our Fur Babies! She took her time to listen on what kinda cut and style I wanted on my Raven!
Move over PetCo.. Blooming Tails puts the Bloom on my Fur Baby!!!

Great place with staff that really care and love animals. Took my golden doodle here twice so far, and the result was really good. You can call and ask for progress during grooming, and they are very informative and give you tips also.

I think they do a great job for a fair price. I'm really glad we found this salon for our pup, who has growths (it's a condition that a lot of older poodles have), because Shannon and her team are very careful to ask us to point them out so the groomer can work around them. Our dog comes home so fluffy and cute!
