I had to bring a log splitter I purchased from Menards that long story short was not assembled together properly by Menards. It was under warranty and Blain’s small engine repair could service them. We met a gentleman named Swish and he was very helpful,communicative, and friendly. He found the issue quick and called when it was done. Give that man a raise cause he deserves it. All the other employees were also very helpful and friendly

Blain's has everything outdoor from bird seed to boats and tires to treats (nuts, candy, dried fruits). I go there for all my rain and winter gear. Brand names at reasonable prices. Tons of toys at Christmas!

Worst customer care service. Had to wait at the customer service counter for 30 minutes for a manager who was a snob. This is after 30 minutes of the cashier and another employee trying to figure out how to figure out the cost. Manager simply replied I was lunch.
