We've been boarding our four horses her the past 5 years. This place rocks. We have lots of fun and our horses are well taken care of. Deb (the owner) has helped me get my confidence back up and has help my daughter learn to ride her horse with confidence. We love it here and wouldn't move any where else.

Would not recommend this place, but if you do wind up here check the hay, and often! Our horses were here for 6 months and one lost 100 pounds and the other 250 per our vet that saw both horses before they moved in, and then again just before moving out as we were so concerned about the one. Vet did blood work, fecal test, and checked teeth - no issues were found. Since vet came in morning while Deb was feeding the hay was inspected and we were told that it was very poor quality - not even cattle worthy, and highly suspected as cause for the weight loss. Concerns raised with Deb were not well received, nor was she willing to feed more than 2 flakes twice a day.

I boarded my horse at Blackout from the time I moved from Texas until he passed away. He got the absolute best care and was as calm and happy as I’d ever seen him. I absolutely recommend boarding here!
