Black Cloud Obedience Training

Hi, I would use Black Cloud for boarding purposes again. Our two dogs were well cared for and I like the roaming aspect of their boarding policy. The typical kennel has Individual pens for the dogs but Black Cloud does not. They introduce new dogs to the existing dogs being boarded, in addition to their personal dogs, to gauge the social and friendly nature of the dogs. Once it is determined the dogs get along they are free to walk, run, and play with each other. It is like a vacation for the dogs! The only improvements I could see 1) is adding a multiple times per day poop clean-up procedure. However, it is understandable that perhaps this one day I was there they had been unable to clean up given the record heat wave that was occurring. 2) adding an interior fence to keep the dogs away from the long driveway gate which would help minimize the possibility of a dog pushing past the long gate as it is opened to let a dog out. To end on a 100% positive note, I noticed they had a small dog in a separate fenced off area. This is nice as it protects the smaller dogs from being trampled by the bigger & more playful dogs but allows the smaller dogs to also get outside to play and conduct their "business." When I was leaving I noticed the small dog had been picked up & carried back into the house, which was very nice given the heat even at 7:30 am. This shows they care for the dogs a lot. I would definitely use Black Cloud again to Board our dogs. Thank you!!

Highly recommend dog trainer! She has helped me get my dog in track for success! She helped my dog through his training struggles and now he's officially graduated as a fully trained service dog! Her training has helped so much! 10/10 recommend if looking for a good trainer.

Nichole is a great person and trainer that wants your dog (and you) to succeed. Our dog is regularly complimented on his behavior and it’s all thanks to Nichole. She makes it easy to maintain consistency with training. You have to put in the work when your dog gets home to truly see results

Nichole is so kind and does a great job with the dogs. We did a week long board and train and can see amazing improvements in our puppies excitability. She sent us photos and updated us along the way so we never felt far from him. I will use Nicholes training program for all my future dogs. Our puppy got his AKC star puppy now and is almost ready for canine good citizen!
