We have been taking our dogs to Biscuits and Bows for years and have always had a good experience. But today was different… in the best way possible. My one dog got out of her collar right at the front door and took off on Plum Grove Road. All of the available staff members didn’t even hesitate. They jumped in their cars, chased down my pup, stopped traffic so she stayed safe, and helped direct her on to a side street. I was able to pull into a driveway and she hopped right in the car, but without the guidance and support of the Biscuit and Bows employees, I would not have known what to do, and who knows what could have happened. I can’t thank them enough for treating my baby girl like one of their own, and making sure she got back to me safely! And to top it off, she came home looking like a little model after her hair cut and bath! Thank you Biscuits and Bows! We are so grateful for your team and all you do for these pups!!!

I can not say enough great things about this place. I've been taking my dog to one of the big box pet supply stores for grooming since he was a puppy and loved the groomer we had. She moved to Biscuts and Bows so we decided to try them out. I am so happy we did. The grooming was great of course because she knows him and what I like and we paid less than half what PS charges. That is all great and worth it but beyond that he seems WAY less stressed than normal!!!! Usually when I get him home he won't let me touch him for the rest of the day and gives me dirty looks. Not today! It is a cage free place so he wasn't locked up for half the day. She even put him in his own fence because he is nervous around other dogs. I recommend making an appointment with Cat!!!! We are so grateful for Biscuits and Bows and their staff. Our dog, Neo, gets excited as soon as we turn into the parking lot. They take great care of him and he gets the play and socialization he needs.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very rude and unprofessional. Called to get an appointment and when I told them the date doesn’t work for us (due to being on vacation at the time), the gentleman on the phone hung up. Definitely will not recommend to any family or friends.

Our dog LOVES Biscuits & Bows. Just saying "daycare" gets him excited and when we arrive he can't wait to get in and run around with his friends.

Package costs are very fair, the staff is amazing, and you get bonus perks like nail trimmings and seasonal events (such as a Halloween party and Valentine's treat exchanges).

We've also had our dog groomed at Biscuits & Bows twice so far and have been happy with the cuts both times. We would and do recommend them to everyone in the area!

We have been taking our dogs here for years and they love being groomed at Biscuits & Bows, at this point they know when we're taking them over there and they start barking in the car before we even pull in the parking lot. They do a great job with grooming, they love your pets, and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you for doing such a great job!
