Joanna is absolutely amazing. We were recommended her services through the rescue where we adopted our puppy. From the initial consultation, I knew immediately that she is incredibly knowledgable in the science of dog behavior. She has a very clear training regimen for puppies (which first-time puppy parents like us would be suuuuper helpful), AND she offers services tailored to your specific pup's needs (what we were interested in since our pup was more a teenager) I really like that her training program includes reviews of videos you send her in between sessions, and she encourages you to ask questions as they arise rather than waiting until the next session. Sadly, our rescue pup displayed aggressive behaviors. We reached out to her, and she responded immediately. She was very honest about what training could and couldn't do for our pup. She was so thoughtful of our family's interests and our puppy's interests, now and looking into the future. She helped us work through what would be the best for us all. On top of being professional and knowledgeable, she is incredibly kind, which is more than we could have asked for. I highly highly recommend her services.
