He was the most helpful person I had dealt with there.
He carried my propane tank from my truck and helped me with $4 to have enough for another gallon. So I will " pay it forward" . He seemed like he enjoyed his job and that's cool that he does. So please acknowledge TREY as a outstanding asset to BigR. 🌻

I have shopped at this store for years and never had any problems today when I came in with my backpack purse on which I always wear I was asked to show the contents of my purse to an extremely rude employee. I don't appreciate being judged just for holding a backpack this is complete profiling and I will be contacting the Better Business bureau. Terrible terrible Behavior

The folks at Big R are welcoming and are happy to answer questions. I usually come here to fill my propane tanks, buy Traeger pellets, and targets for shooting. Their store is packed with farming supplies, a variety of clothing for individuals who work outdoors / hunt, and much more. I love that they give a military discount (just an added perk) - I highly recommend.

So upset with this store. They have sales currently ongoing, and we confirmed with the person in the clothing department that the sale was for the shirts we were buying. Went to the front counter and was informed the fine print on the sale was only for one specific shirt. I felt that this was unethical as most would not notice unless specifically asking. I will not be returning and caution any others that go read your recipes and make sure you don’t over pay

bought big r senior horse feed. (I have feed it for over a year) my horses will not eat the bags i bought this week. i called and asked what i can do because i already dumped the feed into my bin and ruined the bag that was already in there. i call the number on the bad and was sent to area manager voice mail with no reply. i called store and manager told me there is nothing he can do since bags were open!!!! how would i know it was bad if i didnt open them!!!! i buy 5 bags of grain a week and 2 3x4 bails of hay
a month and never going back over the way they handled this. loosing a customer over 30 dollars so pittiful!!!!!

It doesn’t matter how convenient you are or what merchandise you carry if you only have a tiny handful of parking spaces with most of your parking lot taken up by supplies. Three times I couldn’t find a parking space and drove further to go to another big R.
