Although this motel is located in a busy area, it was quiet in our room on the backside. There is a small "pet area" at the end of the parking lot and a vacant lot next to the motel, but other than that not the best area for walking a dog.

However, there is a great selection of restaurants within walking distance of the motel.

The rooms were standard, nicely maintained and clean. The staff was friendly. I could imagine the parking area feeling a bit crowded, especially if the motel is full.

I'd certainly stay here again.

The place is nice - especially the courtyard rooms but what really made my experience was the staff. They were all super friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond. Just for that alone I will choose to come back to this hotel and will recommend to others. They have a great manager in Kate Saunders who leads by showing her guests and staff what good customer service and hospitality looks like.

Convenient location, friendly service and clean and spacious room facing into a quiet and attractive courtyard. Comfortable mattress that was silent under all conditions and great breakfast included. Lovely pool but the hot tub was a little under powered for my preferred level of vigor.

NOT PET FRIENDLY. They advertise as that but then why are there NO DOG signs over 80% of the property. You can have a dog in the room but you have to take them for a walk to the parking lot where there is a small patch of grass up against a fence. Muddy swampy mess with piles from other dogs. It was so gross. The hotel was clean and the room was sufficient. I will never stay there again.........It was hard walking through the grounds to the dark lot in back to let my dog potty at night. There was grass right out our door!! (with a sign) 🙁

Everything about our stay was satisfactory. Only the staff gets a five start rating. There was nothing wrong with the rooms, the breakfast or the entire complex. It's just that they were not up to five star levels. The price was a bit high; almost double what we paid in other BWs on this trip. I think it might have been some kind of demand pricing, as there were several events in town that had the hotels booked up.

This is a place to stay! Could stay here for a week, no problem. Abby at the front desk was amazing. She greeted us with such enthusiasm and just made us feel welcomed as we walked in the doors. I was traveling with a hanicap elderly person, and she took the time to walk him to the room and open it for him while I was unloading the car. She asked if she could get him anything or needed any assistance. She gave us the entire run down of the place, features, breakfast, ice mackines, pop machines, etc. She is very friendly and actually cares about the people staying and needs. The garden area is beautiful, and tabels with an umbrella for shade. Nice area to sit and eat outside, or just to zen out, or a place to visit and be out of the room. The pool and hot tub are clean, and the rooms are very clean. Highly recommend. You will be happy with your stay

I really want to thank Navee and the rest of the staff working Christmas Day. We had a bad experience on I70 and decided not to drive the rest of the way home to Palisade, CO. Navee was so welcoming and very helpful towards our family. We appreciate all of the staff and how wonderful they were.

THIS MOTEL IS THE BEST VALUE IN TOWN. IT IS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. THE BREAKFAST IS A GENUINE HOT BREAKFAST NOT JUST PASTRIES AND COFFEE. ACCESS TO INTERSTATE 70 IS CLOSE AND EASY. THE PROXIMITY TO DOWNTOWN GRAND JUNCTION IS GOOD BECAUSE THE MOTEL IS RIGHT ON THE I70 BUSINESS LOOP.
