I took my baby wiener dog Taffy there today to have her long nails cut. Great people there. The girls are very friendly with Taffy. It was an awesome experience. We were in and out within 15 min or less. Yes, I will be back. Plus the price is right too. Thank you so very much. My Taffy loves you guys.

I go to Best in Show to have my dog’s nails trimmed because he shakes so much that I cannot hold him still and cut them . They always take their time with him and sometimes get down on the floor with him to cut his nails if his arthritis is bad that day. They are wonderful!!

So I was so thankful when I found this place right by my home. The girls are always so nice. I have been taking my dog in the last months almost every single month. I love how they treat my dog. But yesterday I called and made an appointment and she said I can come in at 8:30am at 9:10am I called to apologize for being late and to let them know that I was going to get my dog just a bath and what time would she be ready since my baby had a drs appointment i needed to know so i can be ready to pick up my dog. Then she says she'll be ready soon but I'm going to charge you $25 because I didn't show up 30min ago. So I did mention that I wasn't aware that they charged for being late and she mentions that she had to open earlier for me and although I appreciate that I should've been notified that I will get charged 25 dollars. After that she says well my boss says we are still going to charge you. So then I said um ok you can cancel her appointment and I would appreciate if yoi could have just mentioned that before especially because I bring my dog especially lately every month and she interrupts me and argues that I'm lying and that I bring my dog every 3 to 4 months. I'm dead who does that? How unprofessional especially having a good experience before I honestly don't even know who I even spoke to. I live 3min away and would have definitely stopped today to charge my card the $25 but my baby had his appointment today. I'm still giving 4 stars because i like how they work and it would be unethical on my part just like it was on theirs to treat a customer this way. Working at a dental office as an insurance coordinator I know what it's like to work with people but having no grace for your clients aside of calling them a liar is pretty disrespectful. Also just looked at some reviews and now it's starting to make more sense.

I took my extremely nervous dog for a nail trim but it was phenomenal. Super quick! The staff was great. My dog did so well and didn't seem too uncomfortable with the whole process. It is cash only for the nail trims. Definitely will be going back.

They are normally really good.
However this last time, we brought our dog there last week, picked her up didn’t look like anything was done except nails trimmed, she came home with scabs on her (she needs gentle shampoo). When we messaged them and said it didn’t look like they did much of a de shedding to her they said bring her back in Thursday and we will fix her up.. brought her in today, then when we picked her up they only gave a $10 discount and it still doesn’t look like they did anything to her. I will not be returning anymore.

Brought Charlie in for his first cut today. It was a great experience for his first time. From his shampoo guy to the girls trimming him. We will be back definitly. We lost Charlie and we have two brothers now and the girls are so good with the boys. The boys now and they feel so safe there. It is amazing how they sit and stand and stay on that center of table and don't move when they are left with table down.

Perfect place for a walk in nail trim for the dogs!
$5.00 for nails and $5.00 for pad fur trim!
Great barging in and out.
Highly recommend this business.
