I wish I could give Chrissy & Terry 6 stars!! My pup has had bad experiences with groomers in the past. She gets super nervous and overwhelmed by all the people and other dogs. She will wiggle out of her collar on the table, bark at the hair dryers, and wimper and cry the whole time. She can never get through an entire grooming service. I have been trying to give her haircuts myself the past year to get her used to the feeling of a razor and feel a bit safer. When I do the haircuts myself they look incredibly bad and take me half the day to do and makes such a mess. So I thought it was about time to get her back into a groomers and see if she could handle a professional setting. Chrissy replied to me so very fast and got me in for an appointment within the small time frame I had available. Chrissy and Terry only handle one dog at a time so it was perfect for my pup to feel safe and comfortable. These two worked so well with her she’s never looked so good coming home from the groomers. They are incredibly patient and kind and generously affordable. I would recommend this grooming spot to anyone in Colorado Springs and I will be a long time client!! I have a VERY hairy English cream retriever. I took them there and he came back looking so beautiful and I could tell he wasn’t stressed out when I picked him up. Great price. The guy who took care of him was very nice (sorry pregnant brain, I forgot his name). I will be going back! Thanks a bunch.

Terry did an amazing job on my sheltie! He took pounds of fur off of her undercoat and she looks like she feels so much better! I love how this place focuses on one dog at a time and has a no-cage policy for their pups!! Very reasonably priced and worth every single dollar. I would trust my dog with them again and again!! I am so impressed! My German shepherd mix feels lighter. I don’t know how to describe it other than I used to feel I was just petting her hair and now I feel like I’m actually petting her! We try to stay on a once a month schedule for grooming and recently moved to the area so I was nervous about trying a new groomer… but our dogs have never felt this light! I am so happy with how clean and soft both our girls are.

Also appreciate the one dog at a time (or one family) policy and the free roaming. Plus, the cute pics I got from Terry gave my husband and I a good chuckle.

Terry was very communicative as well! All around, very happy and will definitely be going back for repeat visits.

Such a good experience for my GSD, Terry did such an amazing job! I’ve never seen my boy look so happy to have ALL of his winter coat off for summer. Highly recommend them to anyone with any type of dog, they will work with you and your dog and care for them like their own. Thank you so much Terry!

I brought my foster in for a nails cut and bath, from the puppy mill rescue. Both Terry and Chrissy were so gentle and loving with her that they took over 2 hours with her! My previous groomers would spend maybe a half hour. I am so impressed with how Penny came out, I am now switching groomers to them for my shih tzu mix and my foster who I now adopted . I highly recommend them!🐶🐶

Absolutely amazing 🤩 Excellent communication, customer service, and they care for our pups like family 🥰 our dogs were so happy when we picked them up and they sent us such cute pictures too! 🐶 Prices aren’t gonna break the bank either. I’m seriously impressed! Our malamute was in rough condition and even after having been to two separate groomers in the past few months, he still had a ton of undercoat that was matted up and needed to be removed. The appt took a lot longer than anticipated, but it was necessary to get the job done right—and done right is exactly what they did! Even after a full day of grooming, our dog was happy and stress-free when we picked him up. He looks (and feels!) better than he EVER has! We moved to the Springs about six months ago and I am so glad to have finally found an excellent groomer for our big fluff!
