Been a customer at this store long before it was Bentley's. I was in today and was informed that most of the dog foods and cat foods I buy will be discontinued in the store. They are only keeping the brands I won't feed my animals. Asked if I could order them...yes if I prepay. Prepay...when I can go down the road and get it elsewhere!! And just when will I get that? Friends have said it has taken weeks to get it!!!! This just tells me they are in financial ruin if I have to give them the money to buy something for me!! This company is pathetic!!!

I like the products in this shop, but the owner always just seems a bit pretentious and offensive. It's not a trip to Magic Dog without getting an opinion on my dog's weight or his food. These are topics I prefer to discuss with my vet, not with the pet store owner.
