I took the basic manners training with Amanda Haynes at Bayside Bed and Biscuit with my 7 month old lab. There were various sizes and breeds at the training. Amanda is very experienced and has a calm demeanor with lots of patience. Really enjoyed the class. Highly recommend.

Our little baby, Brisket, LOVES Amanda Haynes and Kaitlin Holt soooo much! These trainers are nothing short of exceptional. Their expertise, patience and genuine love for dogs shine through in every interaction. Brisket has learned so many valuable commands and skills under their guidance. His favorite day of the week is when he gets to see them!

I’m not one to ever say anything but I feel I will on this one. Walked in the kennel handed my dog to the handler as she walked in a room immediately stated my dog had flees. I found it odd as I gave his meds just a week before and I have never found flees but agreed to have them give him flee meds. Had him bathed for $50 and $10 for nails clipped in which they only did the front paws. 5 days later I brought him back for an overnight stay and again told they found flees and charged me again for flee meds. This leads me to check on other kernels which I hate shopping around.

We had read some reviews about the rude front office staff, they were from a while ago so we thought maybe that had been corrected. It has not. We were new customers and the staff was so eager to turn me away that I definitely will not be going back. Not sure if those girls are family or something, but I would think the owners would have addressed this issue by now, we would have been great customers!

I attended the obedience training here with my 1 year old pup. Amanda was our teacher and was so wonderful! The classes are small, the instructions were easy to follow, and Amanda was very accommodating if you needed extra help or one on one time. I saw results from the training sessions immediately and would highly encourage anyone looking for easy dog training to come here. Worth every penny!

Amanda is a wonderful trainer. Her classes are on point and she is very patient. Answers every question. My Chesapeake Bay Retriever Pup has done Basic Manners class and Day Training and we will be going back for advanced and CGC.

So happy my daughter told me about this place. I love how attentive they are. How clean it looks and I have noticed that my little Savannah came home the first time knowing how to give me five. It is definitely her five star hotel. Thank you for loving my Savannah like I love her.
