This is a wonderful & very knowledgeable family owned store! 10/10 recommend! They helped me upgrade my bearded dragon set up & also helped me get started with my new love, “Charlotte.” She’s a beautiful curlyhair tarantula. Ty Andrea & Family!! I will be back & I will tell all of my friends!!

Super helpful staff, this one lady was very kind! She helped us find locations to buy our Indian ring neck. Although adventure in birds didn’t really give us what we expected, their birds are hard to tame! But love this store and they have good care for their animals, would definitely recommend

Had a great time, lots to look at. While we were there a gentleman gave my son a skin from an Egyptian Cobra. The lady there was very nice and even made Luke a tag for his skin.

Amazing customer service! I've called maybe ten pet stores this morning looking for a pet rat for my daughter and the lady who answered the phone was so extremely helpful and even though they don't currently have rats in stock she recommended several places that might have what we're looking for. Very nice of her!

They are super nice and help you out with everything you need this is indeed the best place to go for a pet, food, accessories for them, and more I love that they have live food for reptiles such as frozen ones. They also have albino pets, that look so cute. I visit every week this store since I have to buy food for my reptile, and not every single time I have seen bad customer service because they are always in a good mood and respectful to all the customers. Is worth a try going if you haven't visit them. Snakes, turtles, lizards, insects, hamsters, bunnies, ferrets, birds, fish are some of the animals I can remember they sale there. I keep my word this is definitely the best place to go shop pets, aquariums, or any animal pets related

Great little local business. If you are into fish, snakes, or other reptiles. Small animals, rabbits, guinea pigs, ect. This is your place. They have everything you need to get you started and maintain your pets. Friendly staff, clean shop, nice location with good parking.

This is the place for all people who are mesmerized by animals. Walking inside is comparable to walking through a section of a zoo. Every week I come in multiple times and am met with the kindest and most helpful employees who all know their facts and information on the animals. It’s an amazing system and I love seeing it work and bring joy to myself and others all around. I’m obligated to my animals to bring them food so I have to come in anyways, but it always is the highlight of my day every time! I’ve been shopping here for 12 years and I’ll tell you that after the first time, I don’t think I’ve been back to pet smart! Also, here are some pics of my little collection (mostly bought from BAEP)!!!

I love shopping here. The owners are the sweetest and so educated on the turtles. I bought a turtle from Petsmart and the turtle was extremely sick ended up dying at the vet. I went into Bay area Exotic Pet Store and saw they had healthy little Red Ear Sliders. I got me one and I have not had one issue with my turtle. I love this pet store. It's the ONLY PLACE I buy my turtle's stuff and my sons snake food from. They take care of their animals very well. And it's a family feeling when you walk in. I plan on buying more turtles from them here really soon.
