If I could give a negative star review, I would! I took my miniature poodle for the full grooming package: haircut, feet, toe nails, ears, etc . They did a TERRIBLE job. his face and head and neck are all uneven and he looks lopsided. And I’m pretty sure they nicked him on the other side because he’s been nursing a wound ever since. He was so traumatized by the experience that they didn’t even take him back in to demand that they make it right. He’s a very easy-going dog and all of his previous groomers loved him because he’s so mellow and easygoing.

If I could give a “No Star”‘review I would. My mom’s dog looked hideous. Hair was long in some areas and short in others. They cut her so close she developed a small sore on the top of her paw. I would not recommend this place to anyone When she called to express her concerns they blew her off 😡. Apparently, the person cutting the dogs hair has NO EXPERIENCE!

I was not happy with the services we received. When i got my dog back, he was still very much wet. His face was still dirty. I understand you can’t wet a dogs face, but it still could have got wiped down. His teeth had not been brushed even though it was supposed to be included in the service. My dog also came home with flees. Will not be returning or recommending.

I can't say enough good things about this place. This is the first time I brought my dog there and it definitely won't be the last. She doesn't even smell like a dog. Rosie looks like a puppy again. Yayyyy

You never know if your experience will be like the one in the reviews. But I hope yours is like mine should you choose to bring your pet here.

Also it's worth noting that they do have all kinds of goodies. As in all cute little outfits, pet supplies, toys, they even have doggy birthday cake (dry mix) and ice cream (add water & freeze) for your fur birthday babies.

I must say the staff was very polite and professional. He was sensitive to my shih-tsu's needs.

The shop was very clean and well stocked. I like that they have a self service dog bathing area. I'm curious what that would cost and if it comes with those same shampoo and conditioners that were used on my Rosie.

My only complaint was the amount of time it took to get an appointment. But I guess they are so good that they were booking over a month out then,

When the neighbors saw Rosie she wondered how I found the place as she hadn't given me the number to the mobile grooming service she had recommended. Turns out I took her to the wrong place but am really glad I did. They were just a little lower in cost and we had a good time getting there and back.

I will be bringing my baby back again!

Bark and Biscuit did an excellent job grooming our Teddy. He was stunning in a blue bandana when we walked in. Our grooming price ran $45. They also have a selection of dog accessories offered along with doggie Halloween costumes. Spooky!! 👻 👻
We will go back.
Enjoy!!🎃

First time here. Self wash station was $12. Running cold and hot water. Cold air blow dryer. They also provided towels. Not bad for the price. Hassle free and easy to use.

First time going here. I only wanted a nail trim as my dog is very sensitive to it, I thought maybe it would be better to have a professional to try. I can’t speak for the main groomer/owner of this establishment, but the person who attended me really shouldn’t be working with animals imo. They didn’t ask anything at all about my dog, just grabbed her foot and started trying to grind it down. My dog was yelping and trying to squirm away and he did nothing to secure her or to ease her. This seems dangerous for the dog and the groomer frankly as he has no idea if my dog will just bite in that situation. He could also do physical damage to my puppy’s growing skeletal system the way he was holding her by her paw. I had to interrupt the nail trimming within about 30 seconds of him starting and realizing he was not going to make any effort whatsoever to make the process less traumatizing for my dog. Not sure if this person is a family member or something, but they really should only be answering phones and scheduling appts, etc — not handling animals.
