Very disheartening to leave my dog here a week and to see me dog only be taken out for a few minutes at a time maybe a few times a day. I was under the impression my dog was going to get to be outside and play, however that was not the case. I called to ask them about her and I got greeted very rudely with little to no help. I will never bring my dog back here and I don't recommend anyone to board their dog here.
I left my dog in your care, and you did not care about my dog. I paid to have my dog taken care of while I was away and you did not do that.
Between the rude employees and how my animal was treated, this establishment should feel ashamed.

I don't know who the others were talking to but the ladies in the front were very rude. My dog was taken out for 6-8 minutes at a time otherwise left in a room alone. No running around and playing! I would not recommend taking your fur baby here at all!!!!!! She was boarded for 7 days and I won't ever do this again!

One of the best in the business. We’ve been taking our dogs here for over 10 years and when we pull up to the door they get excited. As with all bad reviews it seems like there is a lack of communication on the part of the dog owner. As a dog owner I also realize the staff can’t be with our dogs 24 hours a day as we are. If your dog has a need it’s been my experience the staff will accommodate you and your pet. Just tell them! The staff are dog lovers and it shows.

Took my in-laws dog to get a bath and haircut and told them I wanted it short…it seemed they only cut the hair around his paws, he was clean but I had to trim his hair myself…maybe I should have shown a picture?

My short-haired dog and cat both get baths and nail trims here. When I was working more hours I would utilize the daycare option for my dog. He gets so excited when we pull up. Good people and great service.
