Working with Bark Busters was a great experience. The phone consultation alone made my partner and I feel at ease. We talked for probably 40 minutes about my dog and what our issues were. She had answers for all my questions and good follow up questions for all my answers. In home training was a go!

We have three small dogs of various ages that have different behavioral issues, including the owner who caused some of the issues. Joshua came in for about 3 hours and after reviewing everything started working with us with our dogs. It's amazing the change that we could see immediately. We continue to work with our new tools. 4 days in and the improvement continues. We go back and review the notes he gave us and the videos we made. He is well worth the price point.

Bark Busters helped guide me through the process of integrating a third dog into my "pack" of two existing dogs. I had no experience with dog training or pack integration. I was totally lost. Bark Busters conducted a very detailed consultation with me. They were extremely flexible with me and my scheduling challenges. The trainer, Josh was on time for the appointment. He worked with me and my existing dogs on training. We then introduced the new dog. Josh was extremely detail oriented and thorough with his methods. He had me film him demonstrating the techniques, so I can go back and watch them as many times as I need to. He also left behind written instructions, tools and a calendar completely filled out with my "homework" for each dog for each day in the future weeks and months. Bark Busters and Josh gave me the confidence to adopt a dog, and provide my pack happy, safe and healthy lives.

Amazing results with three rescues who have been dictating my life….. I thought I was doing great until I called Josh or should I say Mr. Magic. We had one session and they r so much calmer, more relaxed. I am now in my rightful place as the head of my little family. I’d like to add that I’m elderly, crippled and Josh helped with my walker also. I feel so confident walking the three bebes.

Busters. I was amazed at how much he taught me and Tucker. The old phrase "a teacher is born, not made" best describes Josh. He has grown up with and worked with dogs all his life. He possesses extensive knowledge of dog behavior. Josh is caring, professional, and skilled at seeing what is needed to help dogs and owners succeed in their relationships. He has taught me more than the dog, which has yielded success for me and my YorkiPoo Tucker. Josh has helped improve and tweak my puppy's obedience. He is there when you need him and was happy to help when I had issues with Tucker. He is only a text or phone call away and gets back to me quickly. It is a work in progress, but thanks to him, I see light at the end of the tunnel.

We adopted a 13 week puppy and knew we needed help with training. She was very aggressive in nipping, peeing & pooping in the house and we could not crate train her. She was definitely out of control and we could not fix these bad habits. We made an appointment with Bark Busters and Josh came out to our house. He spent almost 4 hours with our puppy, my husband, son and I. What he taught was so simple and direct. He even let us film the techniques as I knew I would forget! So far, Skye has been amazing. We crated her the same day she got trained and she was in the crate 6 hours with no accidents. We actually all got sleep! It’s definitely a work in progress so you need to commit to the work. Even 15-30 minutes of practicing a day by each family member is enough for our puppy to understand what’s right and what’s wrong. Consistency is key. We are beyond happy to know that our puppy will soon be a loving, affectionate but obedient dog! Thank you Josh for your incredible work. You are so talented and you are helping people change their relationships with their dogs!

I have a very rambunctious young puppy that has been difficult to handle. I heard about Bark Busters from a friend and decided to call for a trainer. Josh came to our house for the introductory lesson on the following Saturday. My husband and I couldn’t believe how quickly our puppy responded to Josh’s methods. He left us with videos of our session and complete instructions to continue training until he returns in a few weeks. Our house is so much calmer and our puppy continues to amaze us.
