Andrea has helped us reclaim our walks, our home, and honestly our lives. We have a new baby on the way with 3 young dogs. We were not in control of our dogs at ANY point and they were doing whatever they wanted whenever they wanted. We even had a few instances of fights between them. Andrea came in, was very reasonably priced, and immediately delivered results with our dogs. We are becoming more and more in control of our dogs after ever session. She comes right to our house so that we can work them in our space and is very flexible when we have sessions. If you are looking for training for small changes or big ones like us, hire her. We can’t recommend Andrea and Bark Buster’s philosophies enough. After getting a new puppy about a year ago, we met with Andrea and got to work. Her love of animals was apparent and our pup adored working with her. She helped us understand our pup’s behavior and how to communicate appropriately with him to ensure a positive experience with training that was both fun and effective. Now that our pup is a year older, he started some new habits that Andrea helped correct in just one visit! Her knowledge extends beyond training and is an invaluable resource for our family.

Andrea is simply amazing. Coming into the training session, she has the best energy! I was very impressed with her overall knowledge of animals and even more when we started to talk about training. I liked how she took the time to go over the basics of dog behaviors and communication before jumping into active training. This helped me get to know my dog better and understand how training would impact behavior. Her long experience has given her a keen eye to curate a unique training plan for my pup. At the end of the first session, I already felt more confident in my ability to train and I have Andrea's coaching to thank for that. Not only has my relationship with my dog strengthened, but I am already seeing promising results! Thank you!!

Within our first session with Andrea we were able to learn how to communicate with our dog to stop him from biting us. Further sessions have allowed us his to walk him on leash without pulling. We also have been working on separation anxiety and although we still have some work to do on that, our dog is improving at a good pace with his training. With this training we have also seen a decrease in our dogs general anxiety. Overall I would recommend!

We have three dogs in our house. Two of them are small dogs that love to bark at almost everything. They really get going if someone is at the door or coming in. It was driving us crazy.
In one session Andrea was able to train Us how to become the leaders of our pack and lead our dogs to a more peaceful family home. We still have some practice to do and we are staying with it for sure. But it has been amazing on how quickly we have learned to be the leaders instead of our puppies being the leaders.
Thank you Andrea for teaching us to speak dog and saving us from ear piecing barking.

It's funny how when you hire a dog trainer, and you're thinking that they're going to train your dog, but then you are faced with the hard reality that it's YOU who needs the training! Andrea has been working with our sweet Blossom and US for a few months now, and it's been an incredible experience. You really don't need anything but your "bah" to remind your dog that you're in charge and you've got things taken care of; no treats, consequences, or shock collars needed. I highly recommend Andrea to anyone, especially after we had a poor experience with a different dog training company.

We are so pleased with the progress our Gracie has made since starting Bark Busters! She is a high energy, ~2 year old rescue who had some bad habits from her life before coming to her forever home. Group dog training classes just didn't kick some of the habits, but Bark Busters has given us the tools and the confidence to communicate with Gracie. I in particular was nervous about training - my partner has trained a dog before, but I never have. Andrea has been very supportive and encouraging of me!
