Shanelle is awesome, professional and very personable. My Daisy dog is a big hairy lab who sheds like crazy. Shanelle did a great job with her deshed treatment and she didn’t even charge extra! Shanelle is so patient, kind, and loving with our feisty, frightened rescue dog. She’s has never pushed him further than he can go. Our boy has a lot of trauma and this is the only groomer we would ever consider taking him to. Over years she has taken the time to build trust with him and he’s made incredible strides as a result. He looks so handsome when he’s done!
