We had a wonderful experience with Amanda! She was super friendly and let us know everything that we needed to know. Our pup is an almost 3 year old Belgian Malinois who is pretty well behaved for the most part, but we really wanted to fine tune her obedience and manors. She did 2 weeks with Amanda while we were on vacation. Amanda posted daily updates on what they did for the day as well as posted some pictures/videos which we greatly appreciated! Bear seemed to really like Amanda as well and we will for sure be scheduling refreshers/follow up sessions with her. Thank you Amanda for keeping Bear safe & sound while she was in your hands!

Tanner was an amazing trainer for my 10 month old dog Tele! Tanner really helped Tele overcome a lot of his anxiety and gain confidence which really let my pup’s personality shine in all the best ways! Before I signed Tele up for the two week board and train program, I couldn’t get Tele to walk on a leash or follow basic commands. Now he walks on a leash comfortably, allows people to say hi to him without barking or growling from nervousness, and he knows all of his commands! Tanner was great at keeping me in the loop by providing daily “pupdates” while he was away, the pictures and videos really put me at ease while Tele was away. Tanner was also great at teaching me how to handle my newly trained dog when we did the pickup. He made sure to answer all my questions and concerns during our one on one! 10/10 would highly recommend!!

While we were away for our 2 week vacation, we entrusted our 14 month old Belgian Malinois with Amanda for a 2week Board and Train. We used to take Bruce out a lot when he was a puppy, but as he got older, he was starting to be a bit more aggressive and easily distracted by other dogs. He was getting bigger and stronger so it was more difficult for us to control his mannerism which made it harder for us to take him out in public. Amanda did a wonderful job training him to be more obedient and more focus. He was even off leash at the park! He is not easily distracted anymore by other dogs and people while in public. We were able to watch her daily blogs on Bruce which we really appreciated since we were able to see him and his progress daily. She gave us instructions and advice on how to keep up and continue with his progress. We finally took him out yesterday for lunch at Lazy Dog and he behaved very well and was not distracted by other dogs!

Tanner did an amazing job with my dog Chalamet in a one-week board and train! Chaley is a 1.5yo Aussie with lots of energy and some early trauma. After six months of going on walks and hikes with me everywhere, he suddenly wouldn’t go on any walks with me at parks around the city. He would just sit and refuse to move, and it got increasingly worse as the months went on, where he wouldn’t even get out of the car if he knew we were at a park. He was also very nervous to go outside at night. I’m writing this one day after I picked him up from Tanner and we just walked around Echo Park and it’s dark out! He was right next to me in the heel position the whole time and I didn’t have to use the e-collar or correct him at all! It’s a miracle. Thank you!!

Prior to the training of Mike and Sheena at Offleash Socal my dog Luka was a pain in butt. We were trained on how to use the off leash e collar and it makes a big difference when listening to commands. They taught Luka how to heel when when on walks, which makes him enjoyable to bring along now. Previously I would trip over him and he would pull ahead of me but now he stays right beaides me and sits before crossing the street. He is now more under control when inside the house. He no longer jumps all over the couches and he no longer runs all over the house like a lunatic with the children. He is more in control because we are more in command and are constantly working him mentally stimulating his brain and also running/walking him twice a day. This dog training has helped a lot especially since he’s a Doberman he needs lots of mental stimulation to get him tired. He sits, lays down, and stays off when told with the help of our e collar off leash sometimes when needed. He doesn’t bark as much when in his crate which is nice not having that noise when trying to make phone calls working from home and resting at night. We take him out in public whenever we can to help him get used to people and he seems to be doing a lot better. He can now walk offleash everyday and he gains confidence daily. We enjoy having him much more because of the calmness that we now have within our home. Thanks to offleash, Mike, & Sheena we love the way Luka listens and we have no doubts he can maintain his behavior with our consistency in what he’s already learned.
Thank you,
-Adam

My extremely sweet, but very timid and stubborn husky mix, Sasha, was in the 2 week board and train with Tanner. I cannot believe how much she's changed in just 2 weeks! She's much more confident and relaxed, doesn't jump with loud noises, WHILE continuing in whatever command she's in such as heal or come and sit. What really made my heart happy was how Tanner adjusted his training to meet Sasha's needs, taking a step back to build confidence before taking her back to Santa Monica pier as an example. His communication with me was always positive, with clear guidance. I could tell from the videos and at pick up how much Sasha loved him. Amazing experience, amazing transformation. Thank you Tanner!

My young male Alaskan Malamute is a very loving, exuberant, impulsive and strong boy. This has posed challenges in his training. In just 3 weeks, Amanda Lascari accomplished what another trainer did not accomplish in 6 weeks.

BCT has a great program. Dogs in training receive several hrs a day of work and play. Amanda took my dog into distracting situations to practice commands. He had adventures at the park, the beach and malls where he and Amanda met with other trainers and dogs as well. Great socialization much needed to help my boy learn to be polite and manage himself around other dogs. He spent time in her house learning house manners and in her yard learning to play with dogs.

Each night I enjoyed looking and photos and videos of the training for each day and reading comments about how he did. With BTC's board and train programs you can rest assured your dog is receiving the training time you are paying for. Often busy pet owner schedules do not leave the time needed for putting a good foundation on a dog, especially challenging dogs like Malamutes.

I have to say, my boy is a pleasure to be with now. He walks on a loose leash, works offleash, maintains composure around other dogs, and plays gently with his toy size girl house mates. It is fun to have him sit on a bus bench, walk away while he waits for me to come back or until I call him. People stop walking and stare, and then comment on what a beautiful and well behaved dog he is.
Amanda, I can't thank you enough!

Tanner was absolutely amazing in training our pup Enzo. We have continued to practice the commands he showed us.
