I really like Sarah, she is extremely consistent and communicative, and has been with the company for quite a while. It's very rare that she misses anything in the yard, and she bags everything up nicely. She basically has never missed a day, and if it's snowy, she lets you know when she will reschedule. She's awesome, and if she left, I don't know what I would do!

I'm a tiny bit sad the company stopped leaving dog treats on the door, because my dog expects a milkbone when she sees the tag on scoop day and gets excited, but it's not a big deal. It's not an inexpensive service and a bit of a luxury for me, but without Sarah my yard would be disgusting, I can't keep up on my own!

I have been a customer of Backyard Pooper Scooper for two and a half years, but my patience has finally run out. The owner, Brad, is the epitome of unprofessionalism and disrespect, and the service is a complete joke.

For weeks, the pooper scooper has been consistently placing dog waste in my recycling bin. This is not only disgusting but also a clear violation of the service I am paying for. When I called to rectify the issue over the weekend, Brad was extremely rude and short. He said he would rectify the issue and call back, but he never did. I was left feeling completely disrespected and frustrated.

The following week, more dog waste was left in the wrong bin. Outraged and desperate for a resolution, I called again. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner Brad was disrespectful, argumentative, and continuously interrupted me to argue. He then hung up on me. This is not customer service; it is a complete disregard for the needs and concerns of paying customers.

After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I am canceling my services with Backyard Pooper Scooper immediately. I will not support a company that treats its customers with such contempt and refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. There are far better pooper scooper companies out there that value their customers and their hard-earned money.

I would never recommend that anyone use Backyard Pooper Scooper. Look elsewhere, it is not worth the hassle. Trust me, you will regret it. Never give these people your money. They are a waste of time and a complete disappointment.

I just went through my records for the last 4 months and found that they have not been charging and applying refunds for non services correctly. I will be calling Monday to resolve and disputing this with my credit card company if necessary. Sarah who comes out to pick up waste is very friendly. I’m disappointed in the office management and would recommend to track everything closely, since Brad in the main office is not diligent enough.

After we paid they chose to show up the one time of day we asked them not to. Very rude to my dog sitter because they weren't supposed to be there when he let the dogs out. Upset thw dogs and the dog sitter. Refused to come a different time or day. Worst service! Will never use them again. Guess once you have the money no point in making the customer happy.

These guys are great! They communicate when it’s snowy/rainy and have been able to accommodate me as a loyal customer. I wouldn’t want to use anyone else! 10/10!

When I first started services with this company, it was great. The guys were super nice and friendly. My mother's dogs passed away, and I called to cancel the subscription ; they said that it was canceled two months ago. I was still billed for two months aftet the original cancelation. I called today to ask why I was still being billed. The gentleman was very rude and nasty. I asked for my two months refund, and he stated how about one month? I said no, I'm out of $120. I would like my total amount. He said I'm trying to work with you. It's your fault for not noticing the payments. My mother lives alone, and I paid for these services to help her. He stated I was being unreasonable. I said sir, I canceled this months ago. He said fine, it would take 2-3 days, and when I asked for his name and supervisor, he hung up.

The men that come out to clean are great. People who deal with phone calls are not as customer service friendly. Watch your payments after canceling your subscriptions.

Several time they come right after the snow, and of course SCOOP NOTHING!!

I got this note this morning, 1 day after the snowstorm, said that “You been scooped”. I checked the back yard right away and this is how it look.
I am wondering what they had scooped. Or just walked around my backyard in a minutes or so then charged for it?

I called a few time, wanting to ask them to come right before the snow or a few day later but no one ever pick up the phone.

Very disappointed in how the front office manages billing. They do not apply refunds accurately for the weeks when we were out of town and did not receive pick up services. Would not recommend.
