We have a great puppy but were really struggling with the nipping and biting, among other things. Wen Tze came over for one session and gave us tips - 3 days later the nipping was done. We put him in board and train as well and he’s come back an incredibly polite, well behaved dog. We would recommend ANYONE to Wen Tze. She is a rockstar and we are so happy with our experience, as is Logan!!

Wenz was incredible! We came in wanting to correct some of our 2 year old Poodle's leash walking, focus, and some barking issues. We had four sessions total and within the first we saw improvement - she was thorough, attentive to what outcomes we wanted, and was always available for questions and guidance outside of training. We can finally enjoy walks without thinking about pulling or lunging, he doesn't jump on people when they come to our house, and his barking has improved. We're so grateful to have found Wenz, shes a wizard!

I recently had the pleasure of enrolling my goldendoodle in a two-week training program with Wen, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Prior to the training, my dog struggled significantly with focusing, especially around other dogs. His anxiety and lack of attention made walks and social interactions quite challenging.

Wen did an absolutely fantastic job working with him. In just two weeks, the transformation has been remarkable. My once easily distracted and anxious dog is now much calmer and more focused. This change has exceeded all my expectations. We continue to practice the techniques Wen taught us at home, and I am continually impressed with how well my dog responds.

The Posh Pet Club where he trained is also an excellent facility. It is clean, and the staff genuinely care about the well-being of the animals. I felt confident leaving my dog in their care, knowing he was in a safe and loving environment. Additionally, he received a summer groom during his stay, which looked great.

I would not hesitate to recommend Wen as a dog trainer. She has an extraordinary ability to connect with dogs using positive reinforcement methods. Her dedication and skill have made a significant difference in my dog's behavior and overall personality. If you're looking for a professional and compassionate dog trainer, Wen is undoubtedly the one to trust.

We had one on one sessions and couldn’t rave enough. We absolutely loved our time with Aunt Jen 🙂 she was so knowledgeable and straight forward. She was kind and gave us so many tips to not just do well during our sessions but to succeed after they were done. Definitely recommend back to basics for all your dog training needs!

MJ was an amazing trainer for our dog, Stevie! She saw improvements week-over-week and she continues to improve on the commands that were taught during the program. I would strongly recommend the puppy training to support your dog in learning their basic commands!

We were paired with Jenn to help train our 2.5 year old bully, Remy, through the behavior modification program. Jenn came into our home and immediately gave us amazing tips and advice before we jumped into training. She listened to the areas of growth we needed, offered her extensive knowledge on body language, and encouraged more stimulation for Remy after reviewing our schedule. She truly cared for Remy’s wellbeing and wanted to see her skills broaden and be able to implement them into her leash reactivity as well as everyday use in the home. Week after week, Jenn checked on our training progress, sent helpful links, and gave positive feedback not only for Remy but for me as well. We saw improvement in walks with reactivity and leash pulling, new commands being utilized, and an increased bond with our Remy girl. Being able to train in our house and neighborhood as well as by PPC, was an added bonus. Did I mention we also did this in the middle of winter when it was freezing? The dedication was real! Jenn truly is a gem and at the end of our program we knew we would keep in touch and plan to work with her again. If you need a review to take the leap and schedule training, let this be the one that pushes you!

I can't recommend Wen enough! Before training, I never thought I'd see the day when Pluto would stop pulling me down the street or barking at various triggers. After just four sessions, the improvement has been incredible. Pluto is calmer, more focused, and much easier to manage on walks. I’m so grateful for Wen's expertise and patience. I can’t wait to continue working with her and the entire Back to Basics team. The progress we've made so far has been truly amazing!
