Horrible horrible horrible! We asked for a simple bath and cut! My Aussie was shaved without even asking us! She calls 10 mins before she’s done to let me know my dogs hair had to be cut shorter because her hair was matted. Sharing a pic of her with her beautiful fur before she was groomed and the after! Horrifying and absolutely heart breaking! Aussies should not be shaved! Don’t let this happen to you!!!!!

It was our first time taking both of our doggies to a groomer and we were nervous on how our doggies were going to interact with the groomers and how their haircut would turn out. When the Aussie van arrived they arrived early and professionally. They introduced themselves to our pets and made sure our pets felt safe and secure with them. They walked us through a typical poodle haircut and told us the procedure they would do on our pets which was very reassuring. They were fast and very professional. Cassidy was so sweet with my dog. My dog is very elderly (19 yrs old) and needed special attention. Cassidy was very accommodating and got her clean and looking very cute. If it wasn’t for her, my dog would’ve had an at home hair cut. Thank you!!

She always looks and smells great after her visit! We've had a hard time finding groomers in the past and she used to hate the whole experience. Now she gets excited and practically prances into the van so I know she's being taken care of.

Aweful! Bad communication, was 45 minutes late, groomer had nudes on his phone and my cats grooming was bad. No nails were cut, she was still wet when I got her back and her ears still had dirt in them... hired someone else!
