Auntie Jen made my baby girl look absolutely fabulous! She is so patient and loving with her. My baby is a senior with arthritis and I am an over protective pet parent but there’s nobody I trust more than Jen to take care of my sweet girl.

Jenny does such an amazing job with my dogs. Always greets me and my dogs with warmth and excitement. Listens and follows instructions for hair cuts and never lets me down. My dogs always have the cutest bandanas on when I pick them up, they smell fresh and sometimes magpie gets a cute bow on her chest.

Auntie Jen is the best dog groomer I have found for my pup! My dog doesn't like getting groomed and I can tell when I pick her up, that she experiences way less anxiety in the care of Auntie Jen than other groomers I've used in the past. Her cut is always perfect AND Jen was able to actually clean my pup's teeth. I can tell Jen really loves her customer's as well. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur baby!!!

I can't thank Jen and Autumn enough for the absolutely AMAZING job they did with my very fearful Bernese Mountain Dog, Rio. Jen worked with me to answer all my questions, suggested a meet-and-greet session before the full grooming so we could both gage how Rio would do. Turns out he did great, he looked absolutely stunning, and Rio could not have been in better, more capable hands. I have often thought in my journey with Rio that it has taken a "village" of caring, knowledgeable, experts to help me be a better pet parent. I now gratefully include Jen and Autumn on that list. Auntie Jen has been grooming our pets for a couple years, and we’ve consistently had great experiences with her. She is so gentle and loving and attentive to detail with our dogs, and they look great after every groom. There are other groomers closer to our home, but we won’t take our buddies to anyone but her!

Jen is a great groomer! Strongly recommend. Always takes fantastic care of our dog, Laksa. And she was incredibly patient with her the first couple of times as our pup was very afraid of the water and hairdryer.
