These ladies are the best. Very accommodating, they usually will get my dog in the same or next day every time l call. They always do a fantastic job, we have a hairy dog and live in the woods so it's always quite a feat to get him groomed to perfection but they do it every time! I have tried other places but will keep coming back to Auburn Groomers.

We have been taking our two Italian Spinone’s to Auburn Groomers for 10 years Both Ladies have been excellent with our dogs and have given them the best care. We lost our fur babies in 2021. We now have a puppy … a hairy little Bernedoodle girl I’m hoping to get her a trim soon ?

So, 2 nights ago, we noticed that our dogs were covered in fleas, which we have never had a problem with before. I told my fiance' to take the dogs first thing in the morning to the groomer to get flea baths and to be groomed. Our usual groomer was booked solid that entire day. So, my fiance' decided to take the dogs to Auburn Groomers since they were located near her parents house. Auburn Groomers said that they were able to squeeze them in for flea baths only. "That's fine", she said, and she left the dogs with Auburn Groomers. 2 hours later she returned to pick them up. She said that the dogs were extremely anxious to leave. More than they had ever been before when left with the usual groomer. She gave Auburn groomers a $70 check for the work they supposedly had done. Minutes later she noticed that the dogs were still COVERED with fleas and flea dirt. "It's like they didn't even try", she told me over the phone. She then called our usual groomer and asked her if it took time for fleas to die and her response was, "no, all of them should be dead and gone". So, last night we spent two hours at a do it yourself place giving our dogs their second flea bath of the day, where we found and removed numerous fleas. The kind and helpful people at this establishment told us that we should probably never go back to the previous groomer. We agreed. Needless to say, my fiance' returned to Auburn Groomers this morning to retrieve our check. They acted like they didn't remember her at first, then denied everything, and never once gave her an apology. Instead they threw the check at her and told her to never come back. And thats exactly what we’ll do.

I have been taking my Maltese-Poodle here since I moved in the area three years ago. They have always been fast, reliable, and trustworthy! They are a little bit rough around the edges with their customer service when it comes to phone etiquette or initial check in; however, they are always VERY CARING and LOVING to my doggie, and they do a great cut for a reasonable price.

This was the first time to Auburn Groomers. Walked in, had a bad feeling off the bat. Almost left. The lady that was there didn't even ask my dogs name, took my 5 lb yorkie like she was going to bite her. Her response was "most dogs don't want to leave their moms". When I picked her up she charged me $5 more than she quoted me over the phone. My dog was extremely anxious and shaking. Her cut was uneven and choppy. My advise to anyone that loves their dog, DO NOT GO TO AUBURN GROOMER.

I have been coming here for a while, and have also gone several other places in Auburn. In my experience, Aburn Groomers does a way better job at a way better price. She may be a little like the soup man from Seinfeld, but we keep coming back.
