I have been following them on instagram and finally booked them for my older dog. I texted to book and they got my dog in right away they were so kind and they truly care for your pet. I had constant communication with the groomer and she shared what would work best for my dog and her needs. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to book again

The worst company with employees that lie. Bad experience all the way around. First let's talk about the schedule lady named Meg she is rude and is hard to understand she does not care about customer service. Services were not provided and she refused to try to make things right. I paid 140 for the service and 20 for a tip total of 160. The pet groomer was a younger female who gave me my dog back uneven which was ok with me because he was matted, but it was very uneven. It's one size all the way around it's not that hard. That's not the issue though. She forgot to clip one nail and it's long and I asked for them to fix it and there making up excuses that they want me to bring my dog in to them when I payed for a Mobil service I spoke with the owner who tried to make things right but also said things like how it would cost him money to come to me You never finished your services with my dog and you should make things right by setting up a time to fix your mistake. Business is easy don't talk about money to customers and fix your mistakes. Next time you should say when can we come out to fix the problem.
