Thank you so much Jennifer . You are the best. My dog is spoiled and suffers from separation anxiety. When you started talking she never barked and although she tried to come back to me once I gave her to you , she went right to you. All her 13 years of life it’s been a battle taking her to get groomed . She comes from the groomer stressed out. Everyone can tell you knows my dog is rotten and so attached to me . She is a sweetheart but acts like someone has kidnapped her?
When I came to pick her up she was not nervous, shaking she was pleasant. She looked amazing. I appreciate you. Thank you Ruby for the referral.

I was very excited that I finally found a place to get my cat groomed. I received a confirmation call about 45 minutes before the appointment. I told her that my cat would be going, but I would be sending someone else since I was feeling a bit under the weather. (Not COVID) she said okay and I got my cat ready for her appointment. Unfortunately about 5 minutes before our scheduled appointment I received a text that she would like to cancel the appointment since she can’t risk getting sick since she’s not vaccinated. I had a friend who drove all the way from Napa to take my cat to the appointment.

I disliked the lack of professionalism in which this was handled. She should have canceled the appointment during our call not 5 minutes before the set appointment.

Anyone can groom but not everyone is caring patient and devotes time to a breed cut which is a skill or talent
I care how she looks when finished but since dogs don’t have a voice I care more how she is treated and I’m certain she was treated well
The 5 star rating was definitely earned
