Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience at The Art of Hair Salon

I recently visited The Art of Hair Salon in Brighton, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I believe it’s crucial to share my feedback so others can make informed decisions when choosing a salon.

First and foremost, one of the most glaring issues was the apparent lack of value for clients’ time. Appointments were consistently delayed, making me feel like my time was not respected.

Another major concern was the pricing system, which was both unclear and variable. It’s frustrating not to have a clear idea of how much a service will cost and then to find out it can vary significantly.

The overall atmosphere of the salon struck me as unclassy, with a chaotic environment and a disorganized approach to customer service. This chaos extended to poor communication, making it difficult to have a clear understanding of the services and their pricing.

Perhaps the most concerning aspect of my visit was the unprofessional personal disclosure made by staff members. Clients should not be subjected to personal information that has no relevance to their salon experience.

Furthermore, I had to seek the services of another professional to correct the results of my visit, which was both disappointing and costly. This, coupled with the feeling of being taken advantage of, left me deeply dissatisfied with my experience at The Art of Hair Salon.

I hope that sharing my experience will prompt the salon to address these issues and make improvements. In the meantime, I would caution anyone considering this salon to carefully weigh their options before booking an appointment.

With the pandemic and all of the restrictions that they have to follow, it was definitely an AMAZING experience! Tiffany was extremely professional. 💜 I can't wait to see Josiah and Darlene when things let up! The first picture is the "before" and the second is "after."

Just had my hair cut by Josiah, and I LOVE it! I brought in a picture, we discussed, and then he worked his magic. My wife's face when I got home was pretty epic. I highly recommend going to see Josiah if you want to look and feel your absolute best. I already have my next appointment booked 🙂

Josiah did an amazing job on my daughter's hair. We came in for a cut and highlights not knowing what to expect. The salon was so pretty, Josiah did an excellent job of communicating, and my very picky 16 year old left with hair she absolutely loves. She's taking selfies as I type this review.
