Super small, probably the smallest exchange I've been to. Very limited selection. In age out without making a purchase. Hit Peterson or Carson up if you're looking to do some shopping.

When in the Colorado Springs area the USAFA Exchange is among the best in customer service despite being one of the smaller stores. I have always been treated with kindness and patience without experiencing the red-tape A.I. technological mayhem going on in our world now. Every employee there is military retired or family members with endless empathy and compassion for us patrons at the store. You are greatly appreciated! GOD Bless You! With my sincere gratitude!

I go here all the time. They're very friendly and helpful. You got a good selection and stuff. There's a lot of stuff on. Line you can purchase. I would recommend if anybody uses the exchange quite frequently to get yourself a star card that way you can make purchases and pay later. Also, you get all kinds of benefits with The Star card. I would recommend this place

The exchange is relatively small as compared to other comparable military sites.  The AF Academy complex is a beautiful sprawling mountain-side complex.  I wanted to see the famous chapel, but couldn't get to it due to current security measures.

This BX has all your everyday essentials. There are friendly staff who are always there to help you. This place is one of the best places to buy things you need as there are no taxes. They open every morning at 0900. It's a smaller BX but they have all the normal stuff you need.

I've been coming to this BX since 2005.
For its size, it has amazing selection, a gun section, gardening, USAFA clothing/apparel, etc. I'm yet to have an issue with any of its employees or management. Can't say the same for Ft. Carson's PX 🙁

Not a big place. Limited supply but has enough of the necessities. Beware of the power tripping Asian woman that works here. She seems to think that only US Military members are allowed to shop at an Exchange. And she will not even try to look up the policy. Terrible treatment from her. Part of me believes that because she is also of the same ethnicity as me is why she felt like a big deal with her "authority". I never had any issue shopping at any other Exchange in the US and Overseas. But this woman makes the experience here WORSE than the time in Afghanistan when I had an explosive diarrhea while on a 2 hr convoy from Bagram to Camp Dontwannagoback.
