ArkanPaws Pet sitting -

Sarah came over for a meet and greet. She never voiced any concern. We have 3 small dogs. One of the little Chihuahuas, a male, is an alpha male and protects me. Yes he barked and growled the entire time. Yes I had to hold him the whole time and yes he did lunge at Sarah while she sat on the couch. I did let her know he is missing half his teeth and he is only 10lbs. Rather than discuss her concerns with me at that time, and I could have advised her he has never bitten anyone, and is a different dog when I am not there. Instead Sarah stated she wanted to come back with her other sitter so that the dogs can see her again and the other sitter can meet us all. A few days later, I get a text stating that due to my aggressive dog she will not sit for us. She is scared my small dog might bite her. I find it very unprofessional and weak that she didn't have the courage to voice he concern or just say she was not interested to my face. That is the whole point of the meet and greet. If she is scared of a 10 lb Chihuahua missing most of his teeth, I wonder how she acts with other dogs?

Working with Arkanpaws has been like having family nearby.My husband and I moved to the area about two years ago. Given we were new to the area, when we got our new puppy Neala we didn't know where to turn. We were planning on using their dog walking services for only a few months until she was old enough for day care, but we have loved Arkanpaws so much that we have kept up with weekly walks. They treat our dog with such love and compassion. They write detailed notes after each visit. Most times they even take in our mail. I have absolutely loved the care and attention that they give our dog. I always feel so comfortable knowing she is good hands. ArkanPaws is awesome! We have used Gay for years and I would highly recommend her. She provides wonderful care for our dogs and is always there when we need her. We absolutely love Arkanpaws! Gay treated our elderly Boston Terrier Kennedy like she was part of her family. We will not let any other company take care of our pets but Arkanpaws. Kennedy would be showered with love, treats, walks, and lots of play. We never had to worry about our pet when we were out of state for a vacation. There were detailed reports about what she did at each visit. So much better than any other petsitter we ever had in any location! Highly recommend!!

Gay and her team at ArkanPaws provided excellent care for our two dogs, Barnie and Baylie, for over five years while we lived in Arkansas. We tried other places and let me save you the work - Gay is HANDS DOWN the best at what she does in the NWA area! We travel extensively and think of our dogs as our children.
